Positive move for Union Rags. Listen to me carefully ya'll, Union Rags is a MUST USE, if not KEY in the 2012 Belmont Stakes. The longest TC race is actually run as a 3f-4f sprint and under those conditions, UR is absolutely dangerous.

I've been responsible for breaking up two triple crown bids by betting Lemon Drop Kid and Birdstone. This year it will be Union Rags but too bad he won't be 30/1.

UR=LDK
Alpha=Drosselmeyer or maybe more like Birdstone
Paynter= De'Tara

Lots of danger lying in the weeds.

Leparoux I believe will stay on Atigun the Mcpeek horse who won the first race on Derby Day.

That horse looped the field from last when the track was still muddy.
Was getting second lasix that day-thought he looked pretty good out on the track even though he was a really short priced favorite against allowance horses.

Belmont slower pace won't have him out of his comfort zone pulling.He isn't impossible to run an improved race at a big price going 12 furlongs.

I think Rags is distance-challenged but I thought the same about Commendable and Rags has a far better resume than Commendable did.

This notion of Matz's though that Julien should have broke him 3rd or 4th in the Derby is ludicrous. He would have finished 17th instead of 7th if he had. I kinda feel like rallying to De Niros's defense (looks like I would be the only one) that the guys whining wasn't becoming.

Yes, my conscience has been nagging me since I remarked on Mr. Hauck's assertion. Can ya ever forgive us Mr. Hauck?

Us golf buddies gotta stick together. For your support, gentlemen, I'm lowering your scores this week by 3 points. :>)))

Hey, I was thinking, wouldn't it be great if Dale Romans yanked the rummy Kent D off of Dullahan and hired Mike Smith to ride? He then tells Smith to ride his horse like Zenyatta.

Dullahan trails early, rallies wide and gets up to beat I'll Have Another in The Belmont. Smith, who got snerped twice before on Bodie, gets his comeuppance by denying IHA the Triple Crown.

Wouldn't that be, like, totally ironic?

:>)))))))
