after being invited by earthworks , jim and christine petrillo, to come carve for a few days , i took them up on their offer this last weekend as i was visiting the saratoga area of new york this last weekend. initially he offered up his own equipment but instead i brought mine. i carved for 2 days and had a great time getting away from my own area. we also had the opportunity to visit his house, as he extended his invitation to come over and socialize. the camaraderie that jim and christine extended in knowledge and newly found freindship , i hope will extend into the future. to say i didnt learn anything is an understatement. this is as carving should be. thanks again jim and christine
