I'm glad you like it, sir! This particular site appears to be a lot stronger than most that I've researched in that it has no expiration date or strict guidelines on uploads and size. We should be good to go!
As far as fine-tuning, I'm always open to suggestion with your "final word" trumping all. I'm at your disposal and will try to be quick about anything you dis/like.

All Instructors will be given a Moderator hat. That only seems right since they represent the school. They probably won't have to moderate much because these web forums typically take care of themselves. Unfortunately, sometimes banning people or IP's are unavoidable. I set up a "hidden" board for Moderators only. That's where all moderators would discuss "iffy" members.
For now, though... It'd be fine to link your homepage to the forum. I plan on deleting my test messages and putting more structured, informative information at the top of each forum. We can fine tune them as we go along.
I'd love to hear what other members think about it, too. Constructive critism welcome!
