with only 3 weeks to go to the big event we need to get organising! We need to know how many of you would like to join in so that we can sort out the food and drink etc.
We know its a pain but we need you to fill in the participation form and get it returned between now and the last wednesday night before the day (28th JUNE )
forms are available from Paul, Tara, Michelle, and Dina, once the form is complete you can hand it into any of the above with your £3 per adult entry contribution.Not everyone gets a club newsletter or reads the website so could you please spread the word as we would hate anyone to miss out and then say " I didnt know"
