That's a fact that is so obvious it gets lost...I rarely think about it, but yes, absolutely right...someone hated her to the point of insanity. Who and why? What could she possibly have done to incur such wrath? Could her internal deformity have had something to do with it; an attempt at lovemaking gone awry and the man felt shame and then killing, blind rage? A disappointed lover? And it is hard to believe this one man committed this one crime; usually a crime this horrific would extend to other victims, this reads like the Torso murders in Cleveland, committed by the son of a very wealthy society family and thus protected from the punishment for his crimes...and he did travel to Los Angeles after checkng himslef out oof the mental hospital he stayed in for a year...Elliot Ness knew his ID but took the info with him to the grave...did the famous detective allow himself to be bought this one time? |
