First of all, by the subject line of your posting, I find it interesting that we still think sex is a "bad" thing. Anyway, to answer your question - Yes, there is nudity, graphic imagery and extreme sexuality in Kinsey, but the point of the film and the point of Kinsey's research was to show people that nothing is abnormal or no one should feel uncomfortable about sex and sexuality. However, if you are uneasy such subject with your Mom, I recommend not seeing this one with her, hence the high "In-law factor".
