Hi everyone, I have this ridiculous problem. Recently I've learnt that bee pollen is the best source of all essential substances that our body needs. Anamizingly, it contains pretty much all vitamins, minerals and amino acids, also fatty acids and some other useful stuff like enzymes and growth factors. So I decided to include it in my routine, but the damn thing tastes horrible! I've tried to mix it with other foods, but it's no use because the taste is so strong. Does anyone have any ideas for how to consume things which are absolutely disgusting? Cause really, the prospect of having to swallow 4 teaspoons of that per day makes my skin crawl. |
