      i know this doesn't directly relate to NBE - but i wanted to post anyway for the girls who are asking:
      a while ago i was looking into lip plumpers (which are the rage here in the states) and i came accross a thread in another forum (essentialdayspa.com) where someone was talking about hyaluronic acid supplements for lip plumping. Seemed unlikely, but hwat the hell - the women on that forum were gushing about it.
      it does work - does it give angelina lips? NO, but it does smooth fine lines, and add plumping/moisture where you need it - dry feet, elbows, skin and thinner lips tend to get the beniefits the most.

      there are a couple different brands but the ones that seem to work best are hyaluronic acid supplements that have collagen type II. Hydraplenish by nature's way is my favorite, but jarrow's and source eternal make them as well.


      I posted this in response to the other thread where gals were talking about collagen being derived from cows. type II collagen is derived from rooster crowns.
