  • I'm Planning To Start Taking Herbs and need some Advice and Encouragement!!

      I've never been on any commercial breast enhancement pills, but I'm planning to start taking individual herbs in about two weeks when I'll be heading to a GNC to get them. This what I'm planning on buying:

      Fenugreek
      Saw Palmetto
      Black Cohosh
      Wild Yam

      I'm just wondering: will it be dangerous for me to take my separate doses for all these pills at the same time? For example, if I'm supposed to take x amount of pills of each herb in the morning, would it be harmful for me to take lets say 2 fenugreek pills, 2 BC pills, 2 WY and 2 SP pills at the same time? Should I maybe space at least one hour between each different dose?

      Also, I'm just so scared that it's not gonna work! If it doesn't work, I'll be so crushed because I seriously don't want implants. :( I need some encouragement! Please, could anyone tell me their experiences with these herbs? And please no fake anecdotes! I don't need false security!
