Hi everyone, this may seem like a silly question, but I really need to know what you think. I just started taking BB two weeks ago. In addition, I have been dieting, and have lost about 32lbs since February, 30 more to go. I have had really good success with dieting and eating frozen yogurt almost every night - it's high protein, a little fat (need that right?), filling, and active yeast cultures which are great for you. I read in the recipe section that cold foods are not good boobie foods, do any of you ever eat ice cream or frozen yogurt?

I didn't eat it the first week when I had pains, but started it again a few day ago and now pains are gone. I am finding out that NBE becomes a way of life, you start analysing everything. So.... when the pains stopped, I start to wonder if it's the yogurt?

Maybe I could get a heating pad and kept it on my chest while eating my yogurt?? ***I am laughing outloud at myself now, can't believe I just said that***

Please let me know if you have had success while still indulging... I hate to give it up but if it's not good, then I need to find another comfort food. Thanks!
