      So I started on Saturday taking all the herbs I was planning to take. Saw PAlmetto I have been taking for about 2 weeks and then Fenugreek I took for the first time on saturday night and on sunday... well I had the headache from hell. I normally get headaches but Tylenol PM usually gets them to go away. I took 5 last night and it was still there today. i took tylenol with codene this morning and by 11:00 it was gone. So It was awful. Do you think its the herbs? I maybe took too much in a day? i only took 1800, i didnt think it would be too much since I was taking this cheap breast enhancement pill before. I didnt take any today. but am planning to take it before bed only today.
      So is it the herbs? Has anyone else had a problem like this?
