Hi, I noticed that alot of you are bringing up vitex as a possible nbe herb. I have used this herb in the past for balancing hormones after a miscarriage. It worked great it regulated my cycle and shortened the length which was about 12 days long for a while there. I also took this herb prior to getting pregnant and for about 5 wks. into the pregnancy and carried to full term. This herb was also good for my skin and did not decrease my libido as some may have heard. I plan to start on wu when I get my tax check so I can afford it ha,ha. I will go with that for a while and if there is any problems with my hormones I will add vitex. I also plan to stay on 2000mg a day of my msm( methylsulfonylmethane)whew! this is another word for organic sulfur. Your body naturally produces this and it is commonly used for joint support. It is great for inflammation also which really helps in acne prone skin which I have. I have been taking this for about 3 mo. now and my skin has never been so clear. I am 31 by the way so I'm not going through puberty. My point I guess is that maybe it is possible to do nbe without screwing your whole system up and getting pimples, bloating and irregular periods. Hopefully my theory is correct and I don't have to sacrifice my newly clear skin for boobies. I'll keep you updated and hopefully my experience with vitex has answered some questions out there for those who've never heard of it.
