      hi am new to this. just wondering if taking capsules containing fenugreek alone and having 2 massages on the breasts daily with shea lotion will at all help increase the breats??? or do i have to actually take natural breast enlargement tablets for breast enlagrement to actually work.
      and what do u's recommened that i use with the shea butter? shood i sprinkle sum fenugreek capsule contents into it and then massage or just shea butter alone thanks a lot!
