  • Growing with massage and diet alone

      Hi there, I have been off this forum for a while. I was on WU and SP but went off them a while back.
      I was so pleased and happy with Tiger Lilly's success that I decided to really focus on my Chi Massage, and really understanding the pressure points. And I now just massage when I can, and when I have a relaxed moment, like in the bath. If I'm having a hot drink and I'm alone at home, my hands are nice and warm and I simply have a good massage.So I can massage up to 4 times a day, it has become so natural now and apart of my day I don't even give it much thought.
      I think for me it has been important to really focus on my mental state and be very relaxed about all this, so perhaps alot of kickstarting growth has alot to do with our mental state. I have also stopped smoking the two a day I used to have. I have cut down on caffeine. I have bought loads of soya products from the chinese supermarket, and chicken feet, soya drinks, soya puddings, loads of different beans etc. I'll probably start back on the SP again cause it was definatly working for me, it makes me feel like a horny teenager though. Anyways I'll let you know how I get on this time.
