I'm going to start drinkin protein shakes to gain weight because I've inexplicably lost like 10 pounds and I'm down to 93lb. I went to GNC today and I was hoping to buy a whey protein drink, but a man there told me that it wasn't such a good idea for women to drink whey protein drinks because they were mainly meant for men who work out because what it does is support the building of muscles in the body. So he convinced me to buy a soy protein drink instead. Is this good? |
