      Wouldn't it be better to buy something that a company made, like nature day, mamarapril or breast gain plus? If you get the separate herbs yourself you'd be missing out on some stuff that they say helps with hormonal balance.. I know you're supposed to have the highest potency but it seems like they'd know better than me what to take. If you take straight herbs, how many capsules a day?
