      Some people don't udnerstand why you should take saw palmetto if it works against estrogen in the body which some thinks would defeat the purpose of taking the other ''estrogenic'' herbs to grow breasts, well i did some research and found this:

      Saw Palmetto is a anti-androgen which alows estrogen to be more influential on the body. Fennel and Fenugreek each are rich in phytoestrogens. This term refers to naturally occuring chemicals that mimic the effects of estrogen
