And if you are currently trying something or on something that works, please post your infomation here and UPDATE it at least once a month so we can all learn what seems to work best for everyone. Everything you can share about it in detail.

I have never tried anything for BE until I came across this site. I noticed that 'prettysoulful' has had wonderful success with Indivudual Herbs so I am trying the same thing she is on, same qty, same time of day, breast massage & heating pad.

My "BREAST ENLARGEMENT" Story (todays date is August 20, 2005)

*I just started taking these August 11, 2005
*Fenugreek: 2 caps/3xday (610 mg per cap) natures way brand ($6.89/180 caps)
*Saw Palmetto: 1 cap/day (320 mg) paradise herbs brand ($20.00/60 caps)
*Borage Oil: 1 cap/2xday (1300 mg per cap w/ 24% GLA) natures way brand ($13.79/60 caps)
*Maxi-Hair: 1 tab/day ) country life brand ($12.90/90 tabs)
*Once Daily Multi Vitamin: 1 tab/day ) natures way brand ($14.39/100 tabs)
I know you can buy cheaper herbs at walmart or other places but prettysoulful has did lots of research and has explained why she uses these specific brands on the 'anyone tried individual herbs' I just went with what I knew for sure had produced results for her.

Since I have only been on these a little over a week I have not grown any. I think they might be a bit firmer but can't say for sure yet. I am also on ortho-tri-cyclen and they make my boobs grow bigger towards the end of the pack/beginning of my cycle. So I will update after my cycle when my boobs have returned to normal size next month.

My bra size is 34B but one boob is bigger than the other. My left boob is always bulging out and my right boob is normally a little baggy.
My exact measurements: 30" under boobs
35 1/2" around boobs
measuring from left to right side of boobs: left boob: 9 1/2"
right boob: 9"
I have mixed 2 caps fenugreek into 2 oz. of lotion. I only massage my smaller boob each night before bed hoping it will catch up in size. Then I take my heated bean bag and only place it on the smaller boob for about 15 minutes.

That is my routine. I will update here around Sept 20, 2005. Hopefully I will have some growth.

At the time of writing this, I have been on the Flat2Fab routine for 28 days.

I have been on my routine for a month now and have definately seen results. After my cycle/when I start the beginning of my birth control pill pack, my boobs have always shrunk back down(always dissapointing) However, last week after my cycle, my boobs did not shrink back down. I have noticed my right boob(the smaller one) was always the one to seem to shrink down more and it would just feel empty, not saggy at all, just empty really. It stayed firm and bigger this time.
My right boob seems to be catching up w/ my bigger one. There is still a considerable difference but not as much as before. When I would lay down before, my smaller right boob would look pretty much flat while my left boob would still be there. Now, my right boob is not flat when I lay down.
Both my boobs are rounder, firmer and fuller. This is definately working and I have only been on them 1 month. I cant wait to see after 2 months.
I do think that these bloat me a bit on some days. Because some days I measure under my boobs and it is 30" and other days it is more. So the measurements under my boobs vary day to day from 30"-33" and so do the measurements around my boobs. Some days I was measureing 37" around my boobs but the next day I would be 36" around my boobs. My starting measureing around my boobs was 35 1/2" and I have not gone back down to that size since about the 2nd week on these. Right now my measurement under my boobs is 32" and around my boobs is 36 1/2" So I really cant tell for sure if I am bloated or what.
But I do know that my boobs look, feel & measure bigger after 1 month as well as being firmer, fuller and rounder. My smaller boob in my bra isnt as baggy either and in a couple bras it isnt baggy anymore at all.
I just added Wild Yam to my routine yesterday. I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. I read that it compliments Fenugreek so I wanted to try it.
I'll update again around October 11, hopefully with bigger measurements. I will also share my pictures w/ everyone when I get to a really noticible growth difference. Notice I say when because I am being positive this is definately going to make my boobies big!!!

But those things cost a hella lot. And I"m a poor college student, so I wouldn't do that. I wish I could though b/c of their "high" success rate of 90% or something and the fact that it has been on tv.

I looked at that link and it isnt the same brand as what I am using. I got mine from iherb.com and it is Natures Way brand. What I like about iherb.com is that when you spend more than $20.00 your shipping is free and their prices are really great.
I dont really know the difference between any of the brands. I was just doing what prettysoulful had because she seemed very knowledgable and has done lots of research. (look under the "anyone try herbs individually)
You can look above to see how much I spent on my herbs. Keep in mind most of them are longer than a 1 month supply.
The Fenugreek lasted me 1 month
The Borage Oil lasted me 1 month
The Saw Palmetto will probably last me 2 months
The Maxi-hair/Multi-vitamin will probably last 3 months maybe a little more.
The Wild-Yam will probably last 3 months

I figured it out. If you do the exact routine as me for a 3 month supply it will cost about $125.00. So it is about 42.00 a month. Keep in mind that you may not even want to take the same qty that I do and there are cheaper herbs you can buy.

Oh yeah, I have another question!

When I read people's routine, they usually take 3000mg of Wild Yam, Fenugreek, etc. But when I read it online, the bottle instructions state otherwise. Like for example, it says to take 1800mg of Saw Palmetto. What should I do?? I have an urge to follow the instructions...I don't wanna overdose but then why do the other girls take so much?

I actually do not take any more than the bottles say to take per day. Everything I take the amount the bottles say except for the Maxi-hair and the Multi-vitamin, They say to take 2 a day but I only take 1 a day. I personally will not be taking any more pills per day than what the bottles say. Im sure they put the amount per day on there for a reason.
And I only found out about this stuff a little over a month ago. I swear I had done a million searches on the internet before looking on natural ways to grow boobs and never could find anything. Then I found this website and another you should check out http://beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi There are all kinds of different routines and methods that women use. I wanted to use the individual herbs because it seemed to work for so many women and I think 'why would they lie, they are not selling them, you can buy individual herbs in any store and any brand' so nobody has anything to gain from telling you that individual herbs work. And you can experiment a whole lot more w/ them. Try something, add something new, take something away, etc.
And it does seem like I take a bunch of pills a day but it is no big deal at all, really 2nd nature now. Right now here is what I do. When I first wake up I take 2 fenugreek, 1 borage oil, 1 wild yam. When I get home from work I take 1 maxi-hair, 1 multi. After my dinner I take 2 fenugreek, 1 borage. Before bed I take 2 fenugreek, 1 saw palmetto, 1 wild yam. So I guess that is 13 a day.
And as I said before, I chose this routine because it was pretty much the same routine as prettysoulful who had amazing results for one thing and she had also done tons of research and seemed very knowledable about the reasons she chose those brands and the actual routine. I just added wild-yam because I keep reading "Wild yam: The phyto-nutrients in wild yam are a good compliment to the nutrients in fenugreek as breast enlargement herbs. Wild yam also helps with premenstrual syndrome and menopausal problems." I copy and pasted that from a website.
As of right now, I am going to stick w/ this routine. prettysoulful had wonderful results and my boobs are bigger too. After about 3 months, if my boobs have grown a considerable amount, I might switch to cheaper brands and see if I get the same results.
Yes, the crazy things us women do to get bigger boobs.

i realised that many gals are taking Fenugreek up to 6 capsules a day (which is 3000mg or more). The fenugreek which i'm taking from GNC states that i should only take up to 2 capsules aday and this only add up to 1220mg. So i wrote in to GNC and this is what the lady replied:

"There is no standard dosage for herbs like vitamins. However, safe recommedations can be made by making reference to herbalists recommendations. The recommendation on the label is intended for the product to be a dietary supplement and may differ from brand to brand.

You bought the right one, they all say that. This is just the main use for Saw Palmetto today but you can also take it yourself to reduce the levels of testosterone in your body, which can help enhance breast growth.

MAKING FENUGREEK LOTION

Hello and yes that is pretty much it. Almost everything I do is because that is what prettysoulful did and had wonderful success. Here is exactly what I do to mix my lotion:
First empty 2 capsules into a cup. Add about 2 tablespoons pretty warm water. Mix this up and let sit overnight. Exact measurements are not necessary.
About 24 hrs later mix this up again. Then get whatever lotion you are going to mix it with. I mix it with about 2 ounces of lotion. Just pour the fenugreek/water right into your lotion. Shake, Shake, Shake like crazy to mix it all up. Voila! You have made your very own boobie lotion.

I actually had a bottle of Bath & Body Works lotion that only had about 2 ounces left in it, so that is what I used. I think any lotion will work, many women even use baby oil or other things. I only put this lotion on once a day and that is right before bed. Even putting it in good smelling lotion, it still smells like Fenugreek too. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

I'm new to this NBE. Actually haven't started yet, but I thought I'd share that you can take 3 capsules of Fenugreek 3 times a day and be safe. When I was having problems producing milk for my son (because of my small boobs!), the lactation consultants at the hospital told me to take this much. And it was the GNC brand. They said to ignore what the bottle said and not to worry about it. I'm dreading taking this herb again though because it stinks!

Did your breasts get bigger after breasts feeding your baby?

Unfortunately, they only grew a tiny bit. They were bigger when I had milk, but as soon as I stopped breastfeeding they shrank back down. I was always holding out hope that my breasts would grow with pregnancy, but they only did a little bit, so here I am. I hear some women whose breasts actually shrink after pregnancy and some whose grow and stay that way. It's just cruel! But I don't know what to think about NBE since mine didn't grow much in pregnancy. How much more estrogen can you have in your body? Well, I'm going to give it a shot. It's worth trying at least. And I guess now that I'm older (31) it might be tougher. I guess I'll be taking the growth hormone.

Maureen, just to let you know, my breast grew then shrank back down while I was nursing, too. Perhaps now that you are out of baby mode when we have such sensitive senses of smell, the fenugreek won't bother you quite so much. Also, I'm 35 and have had over 2 inches of growth, so don't worry about your age, you can grow! :)

And ladies, as Maureen stated, fenugreek is considered safe even at 3 capsules, 3 times per day. Every other manufacturer states a different amount, but 2 caps, 3 times per day has been used by many women for extended periods of time for many years.

And as to Saw Palmetto, it was used for years as a female breast herb and gyno herb. The reason every label states that it is for men is that most men who would need it now for prostate issues are old enough(40+) to remember that. It has only been within the past decade that the focus has gone to the benefits for the prostate. Actually, some men have been know to get 'breast' while using SP, though not often.

Also for those new to SP, don't be confused. When large doses are recommended for SP, like 1500mg, they are referring to formulas of saw palmetto BERRIES. Formulas with SP EXTRACT will stay within the 160-320mg range. I personally suggest the extract because it is subjected to standardization, and will produce more consistent results. Also, be sure that any SP you buy only contains SP and not a combo or mixture of herbs because some of the extra herbs can be more beneficial to men, and may adversely affect BE.

im jane, i took breastgain since 6 month ago. I brought 6 bottle from http://www.miracle-breast-gain.com. I took one pill twice a day after having lunch for 3 month. Note that a bottle is for a month supply. So, usually 6 bottle for six month. Fortunatelly, after used it for 3 month my boobs got bigger enough that i want. :)

Hi everyone, I thought I would just post my routine and success so far.
I started taking Saw Palmetto 320 mg on the 16th of July 05 and started taking one capsule of 610mg Fenugreek 3x a day on the 21st of July but bumped up my dosage to 2x3 capsules a day a couple of days after. I am also taking a normal once a day multi vitamin tablet a day and am doing massages once a day when I get around to it but sometimes they fall a bit short.

I upped my Saw Palmetto to 320 mg 2x a day on the 28th of July because I have slightly elevated testosterone levels and am trying to balance that.
On app. 1st August I experienced sore nipples and short before that had really itchy breasts. The nipple soreness lasted about 3-4 days and after that I saw an increase in fullness.

I done massages with Fenugreek lotion from 20th of August for about a week until I developed a rash but until then my right breast, which has always been smaller has nearly caught up completely with the left. I massaged the right one more than the left so I think it is due to that.

I experienced some nipple soreness at the start of September and again around the 29 of September but I haven't noticed any more increase/fullness since the start of August.

Since my progress seems to be stalled a bit just now I decided to reduce my dose of Fenugreek to 4x 610 mg a day and am hoping that this will get my breasts growing again. I do have really tiny breasts, I am barely an AA cup so I did see a definite change in size and today’s measurement has shown 1cm increase on the measuring tape. That may not seem much, but since my breasts had to fill out on the outside first I would think that really it was more.
I'll keep you posted on my progress and hope to report back more growth soon, fingers crossed.

Sorry to hear you are stalled right now. Hope you get back to growing soon. And you are right, 1cm doesnt sound like a whole lot but the overall volume of your breasts would be more than they were before. So they have actually grown more than just the 1cm but it's almost impossible to measure your entire breast growth. Because where they grow and fill out on the top and bottom of your boobs, that doesnt make the measurement any different, even though it's obvious they have grown.

Thought I would share this, I am 45 and starting peri menopause and my neighbor suggested using wild yam cream to rub into certain areas of my body, only to alleviate the symptoms.....well to my surprise my breasts are definatley getting fuller. I was an A cup with a few wrinkles in the cup area of my bra, well not anymore....they are definatley filling out,my bra fits tight now, hubby noticed the difference and I am only in the second month of using it. I notice they are much more sensitive than they were before. You rub it into different body parts from day 16-28 of your cycle. Keep it up! ;) I believe you are taking the right steps to handle the stall.

One small suggestion, you may want to look back and figure out where in you cycle you were when you added the extra SP. You may want to repeat that process. Perhaps you can use 320mg for a part of the month, then add an extra 320mg for the remainder of the month. Or vice versa, depending on where you were in your cycle when you added it.

I am on this too....i'm only on week 4 though and i haven't seen anything significant....just increased firmess, they feel heavier...they may have increased in size the tiniest bit but i don't want to say for sure until i measure next and know for certain. I bought two bottles so i plan to use them out. I was going to purchase more but the company told me if i purchsaed anymore and then was dissatisfied , then that voids the guarantee. In other words, re-ordering voids the guarantee cause they take it as you were happy with the products. So, maybe i'll grow within the next month some as you did. I plan to start up my own routine using individual herbs after the second bottle runs out.

what does the borage oil do?

The Borage Oil I use has GLA in it. prettysoulful has written it somewhere on here why it is important. I can't remember for sure. I just know she suggested taking it so I started taking it. Whatever it does, the combination of herbs I am taking is making my boobies grow.

Hi Victoria. This is my first response to this site. I have been reading posts on this site for about three months, but I always get a popup about my cookies and it will not allow me to make posts.

I’m responding to your post because you are using a commercial brand for NBE. I have been using Breast Gain Plus for three months and have notice some modest results. I have not measured, but I swear the bottoms of my breast were fuller and also fuller on the sides for probably two months. My left breast is smaller and it wasn't as noticeable as it once was to me. If I placed my hand around my breast I had a nice hand full. Before I remember being very depressed about its size. I also seemed to have more cleave in my bra. I am barely an A cup but ware a B cup with the silicon inserts.

My point of this post is that I thought I was getting bigger but when I would ask for my husband's opinion he would say "no, sorry". I thought maybe I was crazy. Well, in the last week I have been forgetting to take them more often. I just finished my period and noticed my breast felt smaller. I didn't think much of it until my husband asked me if I was still taking my pills. I told him I haven't been consistent with taking them. He said that he was guilty of not noticing before, but now he has noticed a difference.

I hope it will not take long for me to regain my progress. Sometimes I double my dose if I remember. It's hard enough for me to remember to take them 1 time a day. I am on my third and last bottle and I think I'm going to try Prettysoulfuls routine. Although I have noticed a small difference, I don't think it's enough for me to buy more of the BGP.

Some symptoms I have felt:
Sore breasts mostly on my left.
occasional tingling. The kind you feel if you have ever breast fed.

My routine:
breast massage in the shower under hot water aprox. 5 min.
2 pills 1x a day.
last 2-3 weeks, 2 pills two x's a day.

I have been feeling a bit discouraged lately so I haven't been as consistent. I don't have a measuring tape that's why I have not measured. Now that I have notice a lose in breast tissue, I think I'll start measuring.

I using instantbust, I have only used it for couple of days, but I have noticed some breast enlargement.

I did get some nipple pain for about two days and my breasts got sore a bit too but I think I was ovulating, and although I have never experienced this during my cycle before taking the herbs ever I don't feel like I have had any more growth at all.
Would be good to hear how you are getting on, just to compare results.

I actually just started my routine up again last Monday. I had quit for almost a month, just because I kept forgetting. Thursday was also the first day of my period so normally by Saturday my boobs would be shrinking more to their normal size. (they start swelling and keep getting bigger about a week or so before it starts)
Well, my boobs did not shrink back down. My starting size under was 30" and around was 35 1/2" I just measured and I am 30" under and over 36" around. Mine have gone up and down the entire time I have been on this routine but they have not gone back down to 35 1/2" yet. They have been over 37" before and that wasnt before my period either. So I dont know why somedays I am bigger and some days I am smaller. I just hope they keep getting bigger.

Thanks Christina, that sounds like we grew about the same in the same amount of time, I have gained about 1 cm which is about equivalent to 1/2 inch I think. Keep me posted on your progress please, it is good to compare results, I will be having a break of a month soon though just to do a liver and kidney cleanse but I will let you know how I get on after that. I think I will be adding Milk Thistle to my routine then as well, just to keep my kidneys and liver up to scratch while using the herbs.

I chose that product because it is organic and I am really not too sure how to do the liver cleanse by changing your diet. Also I am just in the middle of my semester and taking that is much easier than adjusting my diet, I already have enough to think about with exams and essays coming up. :-)
I hope you keep on growing to the 40" you are aiming for, I am just glad if I can manage to fill an A cup, a B would be just terrific. I am quite petite so I don't want too big breasts, I would just like to have some you can actually see. :-)

Well ladies, I just had to chime in. I was pretty disappointed last month with my lack of growth. I decided to drop my SP for that month to see if I could still have growth, and not only did I not have growth, but I didn't even have to normal PMS tenderness. Okay, that part is not so bad, but not having even a smidge of growth was a real bummer.

Well, this month, I am taking no chances, back to my real routine. Over a week before my period should begin, I am already feeling tenderness in both breast. The feelings are a bit different than in the past when I was also getting tender from PMS at the same time. Now my breasts are feeling firmer, and they are more tender to the touch than just tender from every movement. I believe with my supplements(cal/mag. citrate/and borage), my PMS is becoming history. Yeah!!

I have been using instantbust and doing massages since i started I grown 2/4 of cup size, surprised how fast this product has worked

No I not measured yet, a few of my neighboros noticed that breast had grown all of ladies said to me it look like at grown at least 2/4 cup size. No I not bought a bra yet.

I have already posted on this thread a few months ago or so. Since then, I have tried the Flat2Fab routine for 3 months with NO results. I am currently on the 4th cycle, which is the break from herbs. I do not know if I will return to a different NBE routine or if I will stop, but I will let you know that now I have spent approximately $327.50 CAD on 3 months of the Flat2Fab routine. Hi everyone, I thought I would update.
I have been taking the single herbs for four months now and am just preparing for my break. I have started reducing my Fenugreek for about the past week and am down to about 2x 620mg a day just now.
My starting size was 72 cm under bust measure and app. 76 cm over bust. Today I measured because I felt that my breasts feel and look a bit bigger since I last measured about two weeks ago, and hey, I have gained 3cm in the past four months. This is not huge, but it is great news for me. I don't really experience monthly swellings so even though I have started my cycle 8 days ago I don't think that it is that.
I still don't fit into any bras but I do feel like I am getting a bit closer to the padded ones :-), and maybe in a couple more months I will be able to fit into a normal A cup.

Hey Lisa,

That's AWESOME, congratulations, get those A cup bra's at the ready! Serioulsy though I grew a cup whilst on the pill, 34B to 34C, started to notice a diff at about 3/4 months but was only a measurable cup diff after 5/6 months, so from my experience you are going REALLY WELL if your starting off smaller.

Stay positive and don't give up, think you should be really proud of yourself for having the patience and dedication, I hope you get beautiful bouncing breasts!!, you deserve it.

I also hope other women take note of your patience and dedication.

Bradley, I used bountiful breasts for several months and gained about 13 pounds, 5 of which I easily lost right after I stopped the program. I stopped since my bra fits the same, but a new wardrobe was expensive. I heard that it works better on men. What do you want to know about it?

I just want know if anyone had used any of these products and if really worked. The author of Flat to Fab, as sent some information about these products and a few others that sounded to good to true.

I cannot say that I did not gain anything with bountiful breasts. I did have a little increase and began to feel the fullness during the luteal phase that had been absent after nursing. But this could have also been attributed to the weight gain (I am petite and 8 lbs on me is about 1 - 2 sizes). I would hate to think that I gained all that weight and none where I wanted!

Lyssa, I did take Breast Gain Plus before the single herbs for full five months, so all together I have been on herbs without a break for nine months now. I will be doing a one month liver and kidney cleanse and after that I want to see how I am just getting on in general without taking herbs. I will still continue using SP for at least the duration of the liver cleanse as it helps control my hormone levels, and without BCP or herbs my moods are just all over the place. After that I am on holiday so I might go off the SP as well and see how I feel without it, thats why I am taking the two month break.
I am hoping that I will keep the growth, anothe reason why I don't really want to give up the SP just yet. :-)

Over Thanksgiving when to my parents house, my sister and mom said noticed my breast had grown since last time they saw me, which because life so away is not very often. They ask what size are they know, when told them they got very up set with, and seem not to want suport me any more. They said your breast are bigger then ours. My girl friend and cousin said they happy with my process and supported me. This made my sister and mom even more up set, and now they where upset with had a my cousin and girl friend, because of what they said. This in turn made my girl friend and cousins up set with my mom and sister because of they did not understand why they got at them mad at them for supporting me, when before this they supported me. I never thought this would happen. Dose anyone have anyone advice.

Christina, I was wondering how you are getting on?
I measured again a week ago and have grown nearly 4 cm, so a bit over 1 1/2" in four months and am really happy with that.
I have stopped taking the Fenugreek but am still taking the Saw Palmetto and am going to start the liver cleanse in the next couple of days and hoping that the growth stays until I start up again with my full routine.

Lisa, I am right under 2" of growth. Yippee! And I have been really bad about doing the massages, I only do it sometimes. But I notice when I do massage at night(only my left smaller boob) the next day I get little pains in it so that is a good sign to me. I should start massaging more. I havnt done the heat in a very long time either.
Are you still doing to heating pad? Still massaging?
Let me know how your liver clense goes. I might do one myself.

I haven't used the heat pad for ages either, but try to do the massages every day at night, just now I am still doing them just so I don't lose any growth during my break.
I think i will start the liver cleanse in about two weeks time when I have less stress and can think of taking it. I will let you know how I got on with it afterwards.

How long have you been on a routine? are you doing prettysoulfuls routine? I am doing her routine and I haven't noticed any growth yet but I do have soreness and I am in my follicular stage. I never have ever gotten pains before at this part in my cycle so I am hoping that I can have as much success as you guys. I can't believe you and Lisa have grown so much! I grew in the very beginning of my BE journey but stopped that routine and haven't grown since. Anyway congrats to both of you on your growth.

Thanks Angela, how long have you been on your routine? It might just take some time for you to notice changes. That you experience pains is a good sign, you will probably notice some growth soon, just be patient. I only realised how much I grew after I measured three months after I started the routine. I did know I was fuller but I think because the changes are so subtle it is hard to notice sometimes.

I am taking what you are taking. I have taken everything for one full cycle. i did however take WY last month but I have decided to drop it as I don't know really how much it helps. I am on the BEBoard under Hulagirl and I haven't grown any since the last pic was taken. I am still 8 on one side and 7 1/2 on the other. But like I said I am having pains so maybe i will grow more this month. The last time I grew I saw the most growth in the 2nd month so heres hoping. I have just lost about 5 pounds (Ithink it is water weight) but my bra was tighter this morning. Maybe I am just growing and can't see it yet, who knows. My anniversary in in 2 1/2 months and it would be great to have a nice full B by then.

I wasn't thinking whe I wrote my last post. i am only taking 1,800 mgs of Fenugreek. I had upped it to 2,400 the last couple of days but I'm not sure if I should have or not. I got up this morning and felt nothing so I think i might lower it back down to 1,800. I also jsut read that you should only add oils after a couple of months and I had added them at the beginning so maybe I won't take them for a week or so and see what happens.

I noticed in their website (Breast Gain link: http://www.miracle-breast-gain.com/) that they list different ingredients in two different parts of the site. Under FAQ they list "Breast Gain Plus contains: Fenugreek Seed Extract, Saw Palmetto Berry, Fennel Seed, L-Tyrosine, Mexican Wild Yam Root, Pacific Kelp, Damiana Leaf, Dong Quai Root, Mother Wort Herb, Black Cohosh Root Extract, Oat Grass, Blessed Thistle Herb, Hops Flower. Other Ingredients: Gelatin and Artificial Colors", while under their Ingredients left navigation link they only list: Feneugreek Seed Extract, Fennel Seed, Dong Quai Root, Blessed Thistle Herb, Dandelion Root, Watercress Leaf, L-Tyrosine, Kelp, and Vitamin E.

I find this to be very unprofessional on their part and it appears as if they are trying to confuse the customer by hiding some of the herbs which have been known to have some sort of side effects (like Black Cohosh and liver problems). Whatever the reason behind this difference of information, i feel it is wrong and unethical.

Hi, all! I started taking Breast Success on November 19, 2005 (it is 12/5/05 today). I should mention that I am a size 32a and have uneven boobs. Since I have not been taking the pills very long I have not gained a cup size yet but I did notice that my boobs are a lot firmer so they appear bigger in the clothes that I wear since they dont just get smushed down by my shirts. My smaller boob doesn't seem to be catching up but it's still early. I don't have a specific time of the day where I take the pills. Also, you can buy them cheap off of ebay. I bought mine from the-good-ads-guy ... 3 bottles for 39.99 plus 6.95 shipping... I found out that can breastfeed. My girl friend sister, wanted to know we could breastfeed her babies, she said she hates to do it. So my girl friend wanted know if wanted to breastfeed one, i said ok, i tried a found out was able to. One of my girl friends aunts who is a ob/gyn, said did and my breast produced milk. We decided to ask my girl friends ob/gyn, and two doctors we use they both said i able to a my breast milk was safe. They also said my breast are excellent health. This was great experience for me. My girl friend want to help breastfeed when have babies. The doctors said do know why some men breast and do this, but they it probably because my breast are like female breast. I hope it was ok if shared this

I just wanted share about two products i tried really worked well Natureday and Anbes. In less then week and half i being see results. They also have great customer service.

I am extremely happy to say that I still continue to have growth on my routine.

Starting size under boobs- 30"
4 month size under boobs- 30"

Starting size around boobs- 35 1/2"
4 month size around boobs- 37 1/4"

During my cycle this time my boobs grew to right over 38" and this was the first time they have gotten to the 38"

My routine has changed just a little from what I have written above.
Morning- 1 Borage & 2 Fenugreek
Mid-day- 1 Maxi Hair & 1 Multi
Before Bed- 1 Saw Palmetto & 2 Fenugreek
I also notice that I don't have any Fenugreek smell at all, not even when I am sweating anymore.

I have been really bad about not massaging although I still do it sometimes and I have not used the heat at all. I would be doing both of them if I just werent being lazy though.

I have no previous trials w/NBE & started my routine after stumbeling onto this forum.My stats are: 32yr old female w/ children,I'm 5'6,120pds & my exact starting full body measurments r: 35 around breasts,32 under breasts,30 waist,35 hip.I started NBE about 10dys.before my cycle.My routine is: 1830mg daily of Fenugreek,320mg daily of Saw Palmetto,1500mg daily of EPO,860mg daily of a Dong Quai & Damiana mix,1000mcg daily of vit.B-12,1 daily multi vit.,1500 daily vit.C,& I do massage atleast once a day w/EPO oil.Ive been on NBE for 1 month & have increased 2 35.5 from 35,all other measurments have remained the same.

I use the Dong Quai & Damiana mix to combat any "moodiness" I may get from messing w/ my hormones but I can not confirm what if any effect it had on my growth.I ALWAYS massage w/EPO AFTER a shower as moist skin is proven to absorb better,I chose EPO(rather then Fenugreek ect) for several reasons,ease of use,price & its connection to NBE as some women have reported growth from oral use of Omega oils ALONE however theres still debate over whether EPO helps OR hinder growth so out of fairness Im not gona say it was the "catch" in my results but I also have NO plans to stop using it.Also,the mgs/mcg I listed of my herbs/vitamins are divided into 2-3 doses per day.I also wanted to mention that I did breast feed my kids years ago & went from my post-puberty B cup to my A cup afterwards.Lastly,I didnt list my herbal brands/prices cuz I didnt want to "product push" & most herbs are the "same" anyway.

Hi everyone, I thought I would update.
I just started my routine up again about a month ago after finishing my liver cleanse and have been experiencing nipple tenderness for the past few days and had tingles before that, so I am hoping I am growing.

I am taking 4x610 mg Fenugreek, 1xSaw Palmetto 320 mg and just started taking 1 Starflower oil a day as well as taking multivitamins and silicea.

I do massages at night with some baby oil, mixed with two capsules of Starflower oil and about half a teaspoon of ground Fennel. I also apply heat to my boobs when I find the time at night.

Because my right boob is smaller than my left I started paying more attention to it when massaging for the past three days or so and my right nipple is way more sore than the left one, so I guess it is making a difference and just hope that it will catch up soon :-).
