Bloated Stomach

I posted a while back about abdominal bloating. I took breast gain plus for only 11 days and that was 2 months ago and I haven't taken any more since or any type of other herbs. Why is my stomach still bloated and I took them for such a short period of time. I thought it would have went away after my period but I have had two periods and my stomach is still bloated! Im not taken any herbs so why is my stomach still bloated? Please don't tell me that this is weight gain because I use to have a washboard stomach. Im going crazy and feel really upset. Could it be water retention? Please share your opinion ladies.

Thanks

I am not sure why it isn't going away, I would take milk thistle or go to a herbal health store and get a liver and kidney cleanse, that will hopefully help.
Also, doing moderate exercise like fast walking for half an hour a day may help, or cycling, any kind of exercise that gets your metabolism going to help sweat out whatever there may still be in your body left from BGP.
Good luck, I hope the bloating goes away soon.

Hmm.. I would go and get this checked out by a doctor. Does not sound normal at all. My half sister's mother was having a problem with severe bloating of her stomach for months, when she finally had it looked at they found cancer in her abdomen... I don't want to frighten you, but I would go to a doctor, just to be safe. 2 months is a long time.

Sounds like IBS

It sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. There is a medication called Zelnorm that treats this. It worked miracles for my sister. Make an appointment with your doctor and ask him/her about it
