Hey, Jelly! I'm fine - still growing, but it is becoming a slower process. I'm at 36 1/4 inches now, so that is a total of 4 1/4 inches of growth. I need to update my routine and pictures. I don't really pay attention to the cup sizes, just the inches of growth. I really do need to go bra shopping though. I guess I keep holding out on the shopping trip, hoping for a big growth spurt like I had in the beginning or something! It sure is a long process. But it's really nice to have such wonderful support along the way! EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terie, do to the Main Menu, then go to the Personal Program Pages. Once in the Personal Program Pages, you'll see all the individual programs that people are following. If you want to look for a particular person's program, look under the Author column until you find the username of the person you want. There are a couple of pages now, so if you don't see the one on the 1st page, keep going.

Terie - Go to Main Menu, click on Newcomers Start Here and Personal Program Pages. These should be a gread starting point for you. NBE stands for Natural Breast Enhancement. The Personal Program Pages are where you'll find everyone's routines (just look for the particular person under the Author column). Reminder - do NOT post questions/comments to the personal pages. If you have a question or comment, use the main forum and put the person's name in the title so that they know the question is for them specifically. Best luck!
Terie - I would go through the Personal Pages and try to find someone who has had success with NBE and is similar to your body type and approx. age. You can use this as a starting point for your routine.

Jess, I think massage AND the herbs have helped hand-in-hand. I think it's the combination that works. I've noticed that when I don't do my massages regularly, I don't feel like I grow as much. I'm also a FIRM believer in applying heat after (can do it before and after) massaging. Keep the heat at around 110 degrees or less though.
Jelly, I actually didn't base my routine around Flat to Fab. I did many, many hours of research on the forum prior to starting my routine. I read a ton of Prettysoulful's, Lisa's and ChristinaJBK's postings before deciding what to do. I did download the Flat to Fab book, but it was after I started my routine and it was mainly for extra information. I don't mind you asking how much I've spent on NBE so far; however, I don't have a clue. I've never tracked it from a financial standpoint.
Do you have your program posted somewhere? With your progress, I sure would like to consider following your program. Could I ask you when you started, what you size was? I am a 34AAA(!) because some very emotionally stressed situations triggered weight loss. I was probably a loose 34A before. Was bigger when I was pregnant and breastfeeding. But normal size had always been loose 34A. Would like to have some good growth. Thanks.

I was 29" under the breasts and 32" across the breasts when I started NBE. Last time I measured, I grew 4 1/4" total inches. I don't know what it equates to in cup sizes. I don't use cup sizes as a way to measure growth because I think it's too arbitrary and confusing. I like to use inches because it's more precise. I've also always worn bras with mega padding, because I never liked the way I looked. I don't know how the padding part playes into the sizes of bras. I still am wearing a bra that has some padding (plus additional padding that I can remove/add when needed). I did buy a cheap bra from Target a little while ago and it was a 32C. Now that said, I do NOT believe I am anywhere close to a C cup. I certainly don't feel like it. The brad was lightly padded, but had more padding near the bottom (for a push up look). It fits fine, but I'm certainly NOT busting out of it or anything!!!
