Just started taking wonderup 2 weeks ago and the last few days I have been experiencing the most severe headaches I have ever experienced. Is there anyone else out there with this problem? I am also taking other herbs & vitamins that my naturopath gave me so I am not sure if it is the Wonderup to blame or not.

That sounds very strange. If you had an adverse reaction to anything in Wonderup I would have expected it to have been immediate, within the first day or two. You said you were taking other things too. What are these other herbs and how long have you been taking them? The other thing that occurs to me is that you might have a problem with the whole of what you're taking. What some people don't realise is that Wonderup is a very potent formulation compared to most breast enhancement products, so if you're taking other herbs as well you might be taking a bit too much in total. Are you taking anything that's already included in Wonderup, as you might possibly be exceeding the usually recommended amount if you are.

Are you drinking PLENTY of water? You need to be taking in at least 8 good glasses a day. Not enough can cause headaches.

I have been drinking plenty of water, I drink between 2 and 3 litres of filtered water a day, but since I have started taking Wonderup 2 weeks ago, I have also been taking 3 capsules of 'Glucofactors' per day, each capsule contains Fenugreek 400mg, maybe this is too much to take with Wonderup? I might ease off on the Glucofactors and see how I go.

I think that you might be taking too much fenugreek. there is fenugreek in wonderup already and probably enough that you shouldn't need more.

i experienced the same thing last week. i would get a headache after my afternoon dosage everyday. but i think that it's because i am taking saw palmetto as well. but the headaches went away on their own and i didn't have to make any changes to my routine.

Yes, Yvonne, I think you are right, I am taking too much Fenugreek. I just realised that I am taking more Fenugreek than I realised becuase of the dry equivalent. Basically everyday I am taking 1800mg of Fenugreek in Wonderup and then 4800mg in Glucofactors.

SO I AM TAKING 6600MG OF FENUGREEK PER DAY, HOLY CRAP - this is way tooooo much!!

No wonder i have been getting severe headaches and extreme weight gain. I am so disappointed becuase I have been excersising for about 3 months prior and have managed to loose a lot of weight in that time but in the last 2 weeks I have put it all back on, probably due to the Fenugreek.

So anyone who does not want to gain extra weight, do not take any more Fenugreek than needed.
