Just wanted to share my progress pics. I would like to actually have a picture page, but don't know the email address to theis forum. Please someone let me know. Anyhow, here are the links to my before and after pics. Started the herbs and massage first week of Sept. 06. Didn't massage too regularly in oct. due to a very busy schedule. Now back to massaging full force this month and for the next few months along with my herbs. I take Saw palmetto, borage oil, flaxseed and Evening primrose twice daily, and so far I see a difference. Let's hope photobucket does not erase my photos. I will keep you updated.

As far as the pictures goes I don't really see any difference.

Oh I hope I am getting this right, because I don't know which is before and after, but the picture to the left you look definitely larger! Especially in your left breast, I see a huge difference.

Thanks guys. I didn't know whether you could actually access the link, but good you did. Yes, the picture on the left is after one month of massage and herbs. I wasn't good with the massage in November because of a really busy school schedule but I'm now back full speed. I will keep updates. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees a difference.

Congratulations on your progess, I see a difference in your pics. Looks like you have some extra fullness and to me your breasts look a little more defined on the bottom area and cleavage area (especially your left breast) congrats again and that's great just from taking saw palm., epo, fso, and borage. :)

Yes you are looking good!
Its so hard to get a good picture of the fullness. I look down at my breasts and I can see a Diffrence but when I look in the mirror I hardly see it.
At 1st you will get fuller Breasts you will notice them get a big heavier and rounder. Even though it looks like a big diffrence in person Looking down at them the Pictures dont capture it all.
Keep up the good work and stick with it...

Did you experience any pain growths?

I did experience some pains, but I assumed it was due to all the massaging. I am continuing with the massages now more regularly.
