please could you tell me how 15mgs of extract compares to powdered herb??? eg if I were to try and mix equivilent in powder form I am curious to see how much powder that would be !!! Also curious to understand how can wonderup condense extract into a tablet form ????? I can really appreciate how much easier it is just to buy them but I'd love to understand these equivelnts anyway sincerly jellyDeee.....

The ratio between powder and extract is about 1:10 so 15mg of extract is about 150mg of powder. To make extract they can use a prosess that is called extration (not totally sure of the english word) It is a prosess where they can separate the substanses from the herbs that they want. Can give you a more detailed info if you want....
I have used this metod many times on the lab. (i am in my last year in college, gonna be a chemical ingenieer)

so to mix whats in wonderup in powder, I dose would fill a cup then !!!!! wow thats amazing how they condense it !!!!! love jellyDeeee...

I was just looking at this thread and calculated the actual amount of each herb in WU. Wow, it is a lot! Do you think it might be too high dose for some people? I am on my 7th week of WU with just very slight progress.

i know that wonderup is very popular and some of the reson is that is has high amont herbs in it so you get good value for your money. Some girls had do reduce their dosages because it was to strong for them and they stalled. I would not take more then recommended at the bottle, maybe even less at the beginning and ramp it up slowly. Remember that most of the girls that experience growt on wonderup did not see results before after 3-4months of use.

I am taking WU as well, am on my 7th weeks, can't see any visible results at the moment, but during my first month my boobs really swelled up, about half an inch, and then they just shrunk to their previous size. I was just wondering if I might be taking too much, I only weigh about 48 kilos and I'm sure the amount of any drug you should take is partly given by your weight.

In the case of WU the herbs in it are 4:1 std extracts :)
So you would need to multiply the daily amounts by 4, in order to get the equivalent whole herb amounts.
(E.g. fenugreek : 450x4 = 1800mg whole herb daily)

Thanks Helen for the update. I dont know much about wonderup cant use it because i am allergic to milk thistle. My knowlege is based on single herbs and extract made from single herbs are mostly 1:10 (compared to powder) Sorry if i made some missunderstandment
