No i havn't turned into Jordan over night.But i have not left the house without a bra since 1993-That was the day i got my training bra-And have not will not go with out.
This morning they just looked plump and nice.I was only nipping to the sun bed shop-(yes i know how bad it is i never usually go its just the WU has made my skin so bad its the oly way i can stop the spots)
Anyway, i wore a track suit and a white vest top-I actually thaught they looked great!!!! My little nipps pocking through and moved up and down as i walk
One thing i would deffinatly say is NBE had given me so much more confidence about their appearence-yes iv grown but i think there is also a phycological/therapy thing going on as well.

I know exactly what you mean with the therapy effect, my boobs obviously have gotten bigger with NBE but they still aren't an A cup and you could not call them normal sized I guess, but I feel so much better with them, through the massages etc. I have actually learned to like them, whereas before to me they were just too small and that was that. Now I know they are small, but they are pretty and I like them. :-)
Regarding the spots you are getting, try using aloe vera gel on your skin, that has helped me for a bit but I have really bad acne and have went back to my prescription medicine.
The aloe vera gel helps to fight the inflammation of spots and I noticed my skin getting clearer after a few days, using it morning and night, when I slacked with the morning dose it just didn't work as well anymore. The only thing is that it can make your skin a bit dry, so keep it away from around your eyes and use a moisturiser afterwards if you experience this. Maybe an aloe vera based one too.

Hi lisa-Cheers for the tip on alovera-I have been trying everything-dermalogica/clarins/Spring water in a can/Facials-I may as well try the alovera-Its just when my skin has been bad previously the sun bed seems to be the only thing that drys my yucky skin up.
Yeh im the same, i used to be an A cup with a big gap in it, now im bulging out abit, the gap has nearly gone!!!

Hey GingerD! Good for you going all natural!! I'm glad it felt great! About the acne spots, I have that problem too, and have discovered that tea tree oil is like a miracle when it comes to acne. I apply it and by the end of the day any pimple I put it on practially disapears. I swear it cuts the life span of the little buggers by better than half. It's awesome. I HIGHLY recomend it. I would panic without mine! It smells a little funny, so often I put it on before bed. Tanning will cause more problems than it will cure!

You go girl!! I'm happy for you! Glad that you felt good enough about yourself to let them hang loose! :) it only helps to let them hang loose every once in a while anyhow, nothing constricting them to grow. :)
Ginger, so proud of you. You know, I really didn't like to wear padded bras, because I knew they were not my real appearence, and that made me feel uncomfortable with myself. Although I am recent on NBE, I have already seen some results and, though they are very little yet (only almost a full B cup), but as I am spending so much time and dedication on my breasts, my self-estime has increased a lot and I'm feeling more confident about them. I really believe I will reach my goals.
