you are the reason i took this seriously. i have fashioned my program after yours barely any tweaking. i use wild yam cream with cocoa butter for my 3 daily massages and heat before and after. its funny u should comment. u are my idol, i guess u could say. thanks for being brave enough to post pics, u look awesome. i hope to achieve similar results. thanks.

You are so sweet! Everything I've learned about NBE is due to this forum and the wonderful, supportive people that a part of it!!! I've never even heard of NBE until this forum. The forum is a weatlth of information and is a great motivational tool. I've said in the past that I think taking pictures are very important. Even if you never post the pictures on the forum!!!! Take those pictures!!! It's crazy how quickly you forget what you used to look like once you start growing. Those pictures can remind you and motivate you, when you feel like you need a little push. NBE ca be a very long road. I believe Eve was on her routine for 18 months. Thank you for your wonderful words, it really means a lot!
