Affecting my period?

Hi everyone. I'm kind of worried .. I've been on herbs for about one month now. I just had my period and I've noticed that it's much lighter and less painful than usual. You would think that I would be happy with that, but I'm just afraid that something might be wrong with my body. Usually I get cramps, a medium flow, and my period lasts for about 3-5 days. But for this period, all I've had is pretty much bloody discharge. I didn't really have a normal flow of menstrual blood. I've read about how some of you have noticed a lighter flow and everything, but mine seems to be really light. I barely have any blood coming out. Do you think something is wrong? Should I stop taking herbs? I don't really want to consult a doctor for this, so I hope you ladies can help me out here :) Thanks so much!

Hey Dolly, thats normal side effect while on herbs. You may also notice that it may come early one month or late as well. It may only last 3 days or it could last 7 days. Everyone is different, but the herbs most definetly effect period. sorry for spelling.

Oh yes and by the way, I've noticed that I smell of fenugreek .. especially my armpits and urine! Is there anyway I can minimize that? I feel so self concious when I get close to people. Fenugreek doesn't smell too pleasantly and I don't want people thinking it's my BO or something.

Well I just got my period, heavy as ever...is the reverse then true? That lighter periods mean herbs are working...but if mine are normal as ever? maybe I'm not absorbing the herbs properly?tell me there's some gals out there who had normal periods and growing boobs, please guys???!
On the up side think I may have grown...maybe wishful thinking, maybe for real. I will have to start taking records of my measurements!
