Hi, I started taking Wonderup about 2 weeks ago and have put on a lot of weight in that time. I am a bit disappointed because I had been excercising for about 2 months prior and had lost some weight, now I have put it all back on, so I am back to square one! Is there anyone else out there with this problem? I don't know if I would rather be skinny with small boobs (a-b cup) or fat with slightly bigger boobs!

Sounds unlikely that the WU has caused you to gain so much weight within 2 weeks. You made another post saying you are taking glucofactors and taking in 6600mg fenugreek a day. Sounds like the glucofactors could be causing the weight gain.

I've lost weight on WU but some girls have mentioned that they gained. I think it depends on what else you add to your programme. But too much fenugreek can be fattening!!

If you cut out the glucofactors and stick to a healthy diet, you should be ok to continue with WU.

Yes, i have gained alot of weigh Whilst on WU, around my tummyy and definatly the thighs, but how i look at it is if i excersise and eat healthy rather than diet and loose the extra boobs they should stay, and i am happyer with bigger boobs.just got to get rid of the big tuumy and thighs ggggggrrrrrrrrr

I have gained 15 pounds since starting WU in May - tummy/bum/thighs. Do a forum search. This has been discussed a lot. It has been frustrating, but I've also had fullness and growth in the boobs too.

Hi ,i have gained 12lbs on WU in ! month time. I didn't like the way i was feeling so i stopped, my tummy was so swollen and stiff and everyone was saying how fat i was. I wanted it to work for me but it just didn't afree with my body. I'm happy for those that's working for . I use to exercise to control the weight but it didn't help. I feel much better since i stopped my routine, i want nice boobs but won't sacrifice my body structure for it at all. Well it makes some get skinny while some get fat, i don't know why. we are all different .

I meant ,that it just didn't agree with my body. WU makes some ladies lose weight and some gain weight.I still have 2bottles left maybe in the future i will try it again.

that's not very nice of people to tell you you're fat! i hope that WU helps me gain weight because i think that i am a little underweight! i guess we'll see what happens!

Annie-Iv been swelling for ages now, im eating well, excersising and still no change-but the boobs out weigh the weight for me-Did the weight just keep creaping on during your program, and how long did you try for?I am frustrated with the weight thing any help gladly taken

Thanks everyone for your much appreciated comments. Faerycat, I think you are right, I think the Glucofactors are to blame, so I have stopped taking both Wonderup and Glucofactors until I reach my desired weight again and then see how I go.

GingerD, I am not sure if you were asking me or 'Annieboobs' about the weight creeping on, but in answer to this I would have to say that it was a gradual thing. I have only been taking Wonderup for about 3 weeks now and in the last few days my stomach has expanded that much that I have gone up 1 dress size. I am normally a size 9-10. My stomach is so hard and bloated at the moment, I honestly look like I am about 5 months pregnant, not joking.

It is a shame that Wonderup makes some people put on weight while others lose it. Like I said I might stop taking Wonderup for a while.

I also placed another message with regards to conceiving straight after taking Wonderup. This is another reason why I have decided to stop taking Wonderup. At least when I am pregnant I will have boobs!!, although not for long, so I might conside taking Wonderup down the track.

I am one of those who has lost weight whilst taking Wonderup. I notice that with Wonderup and the other product you are taking the amount of Fenugreek you had was huge. I think that may have been your problem, more than Wonderup. What you describe sounds to me could be to do with water retention. Does this other product contain anything that may cause you to retain water? I don't think Wonderup would do that.

I've gained a lot of weight on my stomach, so much that I look pregnant, I didn't think it may be the WU until I now learn that so many others have the same problem.
I've gained a little boobage though, but terribly uneven in size.
I'm happy to continue for a bit longer, but my waist is huge and I constantly get asked if I'm pregnant, it makes me depressed a bit, don't understand why this happens.
