hey girls. i am considering taking the wonderup pill. this will be my first time ever taking a nbe or any kind of herbs. i was wondering if you just take the pill by itself or are you supposed to add another supplement to it? i have seen where a bunch of you are also taking a few other herbs along with the main nbe as well. also, is massaging something that helps along with the tissue growth? are you supposed to use like an herbal based lotion to do so? sorry for all the questions. i would just like to know the best way to go about this. thanks.

u can take other supplements or just wonderup on it's own. it's up to you. a really good thing to take with wu is the omegas(3-6-9...or just 3).

massage is a really good thing to add to your routine. i don't have any cream yet but im thinking about getting some. so i'm not much help in that aspect.

good luck!

yvonne

there is a lot of information on the herbs if you go to the main page then click on "INFORMATION ON HERBS USED FOR BREAST ENHANCEMENT".

personally the extra ones i take are b100 (for my moods swings and such), saw palmetto (because they say that it helps women who are smaller than a b cup and it's also not in wonderup), omega 3.6.9 (because it's said to help alot-i'll try to find that post for u)
