I am doing my second round of herbs. The first time I took fennel (480 mg X 3) & 1 saw palmetto. There was some growth but I stopped after 3 mths for a one wk break.
Now I am on the same routine but with 550 mg of fennel. I find that there is only growth during the times when I am due to take my pills. It's as though the breasts "know" that it's time to "eat". The rest of the time, my breasts remain flat. Does anyone have this experience? If so, what can be done?
Hi babe, this sounds totally weird. Do you mean that at 6am yr breasts perk up then go down, then at 2pm they perk up and then go down, and then at 10pm they perk up and then go down?
NBE is very individual, if this is how yr body is responding, well that's the way it is for you. If you keep up yr routine for long enough min 6-9 months you should see results.
Hi,actually yes-As soon as i have had my pills i do find my boobs ache with in about 10 minuits of taking them and the ache lasts about 10 minuits also.
They dont inflate then deflate if you get me but it is as if they know-lol its like the twighlight zone
I also find during and after massage the ache and sperodic pains are more frequant than at any other time of day
So your not alone if thats what you mean-But if you mean they are going up and down no it doesnt happen to me

Yes, Tap, my breasts inflate slightly before and after I take the pills and then they go back to their normal size again. It's very frustrating.
I know Snowflake mentioned going on a liver cleanse. I wonder if this will help.

Hi Yvonne, I checked out the website & it does mention that the breasts are bigger in the morning, but I experience the swelling just before & after the pills, 3 times a day. After that, I am back to my normal size. I didn't have the same problem when I did the NBE during the first round.
