I have cut down on my fenugreek because I do not want any satlling before I even begin to feel anything...I've seen improvements in your pics surf so I guess you know what you are talking about...duh...should my intake of fenugreek be 1220mg or 1830mg.i am a small 32a and 120 lbs.My saw palmetto will remain 540 and I am going to take it at night.Since I have heard tha bgp is not as reliable and they are already on its way should i just add them to my regime?Surf I really need some help with his because I fear I have wasted my $$$ on bgp!!

i just added stuff to the bgp... they do have some fennel and fenugreek in them, and dong quai, so i just did the math and added stuff. i only did it for a little while, so i couldn't tell you if it really worked, but i think they did plump up a bit. sure, you could have done it for cheaper, but you cant get your money back until the bottles are good and empty, so you may as well make the best of it for now, right? i know that doesnt bring the cash back into your pocket, but it may help you move on... it did for me... and hey, you never know... it COULD work for you! there is always a chance... right?

Thanks for the advice emmad...I was thinking that may help a little too.After telling them "yesterda'That I may want to cancle my order...it came in the mail today.I guess they really wanted to get rid of it.I ordered it like 3 days ago and they swore up and dowm that it took atleast 7 days.Emma how long before you saw results(if any)on the bgp?Any advice surf?
