This is what I'm planning to take daily:
Fennel Seeds (900mg)
Fenugreek Seeds (1800mg)
Hops (1200mg)
Saw Palmetto (1500mg)
Dong Quai (1500mg)
Bio E w/ Selenium (400IU/100mcg)
Centrum Performance (Multivitamin)
Flaxseed Oil (1000mg)
Whey Protein Shakes (23g)
Is this too much, should I lower any dosage? Or should I add/drop anything? Thank you in advance for any advice/help. :]
My advice is to keep the Fennel seeds, keep the Hops and Saw Palmetto, the Centrum Performance, Flaxseed Oil, and Whey Protein Shakes, but cut the rest out for now. When starting, it is best to take a few herbs or vitamins, and then slowly incorporate more as you progress. Large doses of estrogen will not suddenly make the breasts grow bigger, and it may also confuse your body when it suddenly has to handle all these different switches coming on and off; the hormone balance of progesterone and prolactin may become imbalanced, and your breasts will not grow (which is something we must avoid). Also, if you will start having problems, such as headaches, upset stomachs, heavy periods, etc., it will be easier to eliminate what herb is responsible. After 2-3 months, you may start taking the Fenugreek seeds, Dong Quai, and Bio E with Selenium, or you may find that you will not even need them, because your breasts will be growing by then. :)
Thank you so much, moonkissed~
So by keeping the herbs you mentioned, I don't need to lower my dosage then? I definitely would not want them to not grow, that'll be pointless after all these works, right? I just don't want to ruin my body system since they are already in a not-so-good shape. *sigh~*
I don't think that you would need to lower the doses of any of the herbs you will keep; they look good to me. However, it is a good idea to try to spread out them throughout the day. Take one dose of each herb/vitamin in the morning, afternoon, or evening, instead of taking, say three doses of hops at the same time. In this manner, your body will be constantly taking in each dose, and working throughout the entire day.
Thank you moonkissed, again. ^.^ Yea I was going to take them seperately through the day, since I figured that your body system flows throughout all the time, it's better to have the herbs working all day long.
Why is your body in not good shape? I would think 100 lbs would be in fairly good shape...

Being skinny does not necessarily mean that one is physically fit or in good shape. ****, I used to be skinnier and had more cellulite. Now that I'm toned and thicker I feel much healthier and like I'm in shape.
Your Saw Palmetto is very high to start,,, and it can cause major headaches. Start it at about 360mgs,aday, take at night, than you can ramp up over time if needed. Also Dong Quai is not really concidered NBE herb, it is usually not a major player in routines. I would drop it. Hops is very strong nbe herb and would hold off on taking it, until you see how you react to the rest. Add it in about a month, at a low dosage, 300mgs to about 500mgs. Good Luck and keep reading older routines of ladies with your body build.
Hi Alcest, By saying not so good shape, I didn't mean the body shape, I meant my health. I have a horrible body system especially for a young age like me. I need two hours to fall asleep, my back and shoulder pains are killing, etc... :[ Other than growing boobs (of course that's important too), I would definitely love to have a healthier body. I don't drink, smoke, or do caffeine.
Hi Snowflake, Thank you for your advise. I would not want any headache which it does happen to me sometimes already. And the reason I was planning on taking Dong Quai is because I see some ladies here taking them also, and grew two cups I think, but I'll drop it though. The reason I really want to take hops is because it can help me get some sleep, but I already bear it for twenty years, it's okay to bear it one more month. LOL. Thank you very much for your help~
I think the herbs ar ok, but selenium?? Not that I know how much of it is the daily recquired ammount, but certainly get informed about that and make sure you don't take too much, as I believe selenium in excess quantities is toxic.
@.o... Really, Moon? I didn't even know that! I think again I saw that on here somewhere... I will drop it though, since this seems to be dangerous if taking too much intakes. Thank you very much, Moon~
