sorry I made a mistake re your programme choice !!!! I think I got confused cause around the time we were starting was all that talk about flat to.....etc... so my apologies !!!! when you started your prrogram did get sore boobs,pains etc...... love jellyDeeee...

Jelly, No problem about the program. Yes, I was sore, got pains and tingles. I actually started with those types of feelings in my boobs BEFORE even doing any herbs or massages. When I was doing research on the forum, simply reading about it all, I would get all kinds of tingles and feelings in my boobs!!! Crazy, but true! That's how I just new NBE would work for me.
