relationship between yin/yang foods and NBE?

so a couple of threads got me thinking: what really is the deal with yin and yang foods. forgive me for my ignorance but i did a little research and i found that yin foods are the cooler ones and yang are the hotter ones.

i don't really know how this will affect breast growth though? is one better than the other? or is it best to find a balance or just stick to more neutral foods?

can someone please enlighten me?

yvonne

Yin or yang explains whether a food is a warming or a cooling type (nothing to do with whether hot or cold). Many body situations can be treated with food therapy, so is important to know about, if measles eat yin, if sore throat eat yin, if fatigue eat yang, if anemia eat yang. In this way yang food not good if you're irritable, yin food not good if you're want booby growth. Correct diet can make the difference.
