same effects as name brand?

I was wondering, if I look up online the herbal ingredients on a label of a name brand of BE pills (like Perfect Curves) and find the herbs at a store and take them separately, would it have the same effect as taking the BE pills themselves? Because I found a site online which rated these pills as the best for BE, but I don't want to spend the money for these pills and I already have some of the listed herbs at home and don't want to waste them. Or, do I have to know the exact measurements of the mg of each herb to have the same effects? Also, are sabal saw palmetto and saw palmetto the same thing, or having the same effects? The herbs in this product are as follows:

Blessed Thistle Cnicus Benedictus
Dandelion Root Taraxacum Officianale
Damiana Turnera Apagerodiciaca
Dong Quai Angelica Sinensis
Passion Flower Passiflora Incarnata
Sabal Saw Palmetto
Wild Yam Discorea Villosa (is this the same as wild yam root, or could it have the same effects as wild yam root??)
Red Raspberry

Also, might taking fenugreek and/or fennel seed inhibit, help, or have no effect at all in conjuntion with these, since these herbs aren't in PerCurv (I'm already taking them now and I've always seen them as BE herbs, so I think I should continue them)? Or should I just follow the Perf Curve plan if I plan to take those herbs above?

And if anyone is using PerfCurv and they have the bottle and it lists the mg of each herb, could you tell me each mg? Please and thank you!

I'm afraid these sites which "rate pills" are not what you think. They tend to be owned by the product they promote or they are charging the product they promote for the advertising or they are affiliate sites which get a commission on the sales. Perfect Curves is a very ordinary product as you can see for yourself and no genuine site is likely to rate it highly.

To try and replicate your own pill would just be too difficult. Always remember the basics, Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, Fennel and Wild Yam. Red clover and Hops are strong NBE herbs to throw in your routine when you feel you need a power boost. ALSO a good oil is important,,, Flax seed oil seems to be the one Wonder Up company recommends. Some of the herbs you mentioned are said to balance hormones,,, help with the moodiness of pms, and bloating and gas,,,, which is all good,,, but for you to go and buy all these herbs indivually would cost and then the mgs would all be too high. So maybe pick 3 of the first 4 I mentioned, but include Saw Palmetto and add flax and then a good womens muti vitamin and go from there. Try and keep it simple but Strong with what you have picked. 300 - 500 mgs of Saw Palmetto daily is a good start. If you have troulbe,, bad side effect with the SP,,,,nettles is the equal to sp. Hope this as helped and good luck.

were you thinking of making your own capsules ??? the thing is its to hard to fit it all in, like to try and do wonderup youd be taking at least 12 full caps 3 times a day and belive me that wears thin after a while !!!! lol.... but you can make single herb caps why not thats what im doing. dont mix up to much stuff at first and only take little amounts herb by herb with slow increments so you can tell if a herb has a bad reaction love jellyDeee...
