I read that some people use heat pads for massage. What are these? where can you buy them and will a hot water bottle do the same thing?!

Thanks!

Usaually after massage is a good time to apply some heat to the breast for about 20 to 30 minutes. Some people have electric heating pads, some have bean bags you heat in the mirowave, and some use soft drink bottles filled with hot water. Whatever you like the best. Anyway never make it tooo hot, I read somewhere here not over 115 degrees. heat helps produce prolactin which helps boob growth. Hope some of this info helps.

Heat Pads

Good question. I am new to NBE and have just started WU last week. I have ordered a wheat bag which you heat up in the microwave to use with massage, but was wondering if it is best used before or after. Will definitely try after massage. Hope it helps.

what i do

November 13 2006, 9:31 AM

some people say before because it helps to absorb WHILE you are doing the massage, some people say after...

so i do it in the middle...

i put on epo for a bit (about 150 rotations, sometimes more if im having a slow absorption day) then heat, then cocoa butter...

i DO find that when i put on the heat beforehand the epo goes into my skin a lot easier, and if i put on cocoa butter or something like right after a shower then it is absorbed faster too... so there may be something about heat before... but after feels soooo nice!

so i stick with the middle!

hugs and good boobie wishes to all

I massage with EPO, pumpkin seed oil and WU cream with heat applied after. I have no problem with absorbancy and find this works best for me.
