I read that someone added a capsule of fenugreek to their massage cream. I tried this, but it is non absorbable and grainy and just sits on the skin after the cream is rubbed in. Am i supopsed to leave it on?! or am i getting it totally wrong?

I never had much luck with it either,,, it burned. Maybe stick with vit.E or wild yam cream,, or some have used olive oil and fennel oil. Experiment with your good oils. Good Luck.

i did the same thing at first. i would mix it together right before the massage. but if u make a bigger batch, say 3 days worth and let it sit overnight, it is not as grainy.

Yeh i made that mistake i used mirifen inside of capsule and bits out of WU tub to add to my batter and the grit just sticks.
As snowflake said-Fennel, borage ,vitE, EPO are all great oils and i use them all in my batter
