i am thinking about starting a routine with fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam, primrose oil and flaxseed oil. can i purchase these at gnc or do i have to order them online in order to get them? i am a small 34A. does anyone have any suggestions as to what dosage i should start out at? any info would be greatly appreciated.
You can get them at GNC, but sometimes you can find some great deals online. It's totally up to you. ^.^ And if you live in the States, Wal-Mart actually have everything in your program. :]

I buy all of my herbs online at vitaminworld.com. they ship quickly, and every couple of months they have a <buy one get one free sale>. I always stock up during these sales so that I have enough till the other lol!! they have everything i'm looking for and they have a good description of the herbs; I recently purchased a multivitamin for women from them and the ingredients are EXTREMEMLY similar to many nbe program!! (of course, in much smaller dosages though). The only thing they're not big on is extracts (they don't have my fennel or vitex) and tea (they dont have fennel tea). But for capsuls its a great site.

thats where i get my herbs to. if u buy over 25 dollars worth of stuff u get on their passport savings program. and then on the 1st tuesday and wednesday of every month u get buy 1 get one free and regularly u'll get buy one get one 50% off. i got 4 fenugreek, 2 saw palmetto, 2 wild yam creams and 1 bottle of soy gel tabs for 54 dollars, best deal i could find.
I cant help you with finding herbs (live onother side of world!!) but please read peoples program pages to get an idea as to how much of each herb to take and start with low doses and slowly build up, write your own program page and put in your age, stats etc so the girls can help you more love jellyDeee..
