well lots of girls have taken epo, its on a lot of programs even mine but recently there are a few quieries as to if it really helps with nbe !!!! theres more focus now on borage oil which has more nbe goodies in it eg: 25% gla and other questions have been that epo is good for relieving pain,moods sore breasts for pre menstual times so the question arose as to would that decrease boob swelling ????? anyway I would suggest you try borage oil instead and or a good omega oil which incorperates all the fatty acids. Re weight gain, I dont think the amout youd need to take would really put weight on. Im currently taking mega oil twice a day (it has borage oil in it ) good luck um benjinho jellyDeee....
