Hey ladies. I only have 4 fenugreek pills left which will only last me one more day since I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I still have some Saw Palmetto and EPO left. Do you think that not taking fenugreek for a few days would hinder my possible growth? I'm not sure if I will be able to go out and buy some more fenugreek pills untill Monday or so. But, if it would affect my growth negatively I think I will try to get a hold of some tomorrow so I will have enough for my next dose. Should I continue to take the SP and EPO even if I don't have fenugreek?
It seems like Fenugreek is pretty much the main ingredient in NBE. So in regards to a lack of it hindering your growth, I would say yes. However, I wouldn't freak out about running out of it. If you can, try and pick some up tomorrow. However, if it's really out of the way and/or you don't have the time, then I would just stick with taking your other herbs as usual. Monday is only a couple days away, I don't think it'll be the end of the world if you don't take it, although I can see it hindering things a little.
Fenugreek may lower your blood sugar and may make you gain weight. If you dont want this use fennel instead. I had to drop fenugreek because of low blood sugar and bad headaches. fenugreek is stonger than fennel so you may need to take more fennel than fenugreek.

Thanks to both of you for replying :) I don't think I can pick some up today or tomorrow .. so I guess I'll have to skip a day of Fenugreek. Oh well .. hopefully it won't affect me too much. I haven't really experienced any growth anyways .. I think I'll buy Fenugreek and Fennel and try them both. Thanks again :)
