Goodmorning ladys I was told a long time a go that one of the reasons why weman can`t grow boobs is because of coffee and sugers dose any one know and info on that I would love to hear from you.thank you

yea i heard caffine for some reason stomps ur growth, so ladies if ur on the cream or pill or herbs dont drink coffe!!!! or anything that has caffine.

I don't believe that is very correct. There can be lots of reasons women don't grow boobs in puberty, but I think the most frequent is hormonal imablence. I'm also thinking poor blood circulation can do a thing.

Does this include chocolate? Chocolate has both caffeine and sugar... But I love chocolate!!

Ive always been told when i was young, not to drink coffee because it stuns your growth. I guess it's the same thing for boob growth when you're going through puberty..

But I looooooove my coffee but I will have to go to decafe that will be ok

I have to say that I have felt more growth since quitting coffee. I'm still drinking tea, though.

Yes, sadly this includes chocolate. Doesn't that suck? I'm addicted to chocolate chip cookie dough!! :( For the sake of bigger boobies... well, I'm willing to make the sacrafice. I mean, it's not like it's forever...

i love chocolate chip cookie dough too!! and people keep buying me chocolates...it's like they want me too fail! althought this isn't the case since they don't know what im up to anyways lol

Coffee you can stop fairly easy... i used to drink diet coke and eat chocolate fairly regularly... "(inconsistent i know!)

anway...i havent touched coke or diet coke (maybe one or two slip ups!) and have switched to lemonaide or sprite zero.

with coffee i cut it down to maybe 1 or 2 times a week decaff...

chocolate you cant run away from though...its everywhere...even chocolate flavoured protein shakes have cocoa which i guess has caffine (anyone know?)

i don't really know if it's made much difference, but when i was in puberty i drank caffine ALL THE TIME!! :(

Just a thought - doesn't the cocoa butter we use for massages contain cocoa and, therefore, caffeine?

That's what I worried about for a while too--- I thought using it before i went to bed would keep me awake! However, so far it hasn't, so I'm guessing maybe the caffiene isn't in cocoa butter. At least that's what my boyfriend told me.

i dont think so... doesnt wake me up at all!

also, some of that has to do with processing and the form it is in... the main reason for the cocoa butter is for the fats. i am sure anything caffinated is all processed out. im not sure of the process though...
