I've started using wonderup masage cream, it's supposed to last 6 weeks, but i've used half a bottle in just 3 days, am i using too much? it absorbs into the skin quite quickly, so in 15 min massages i've been applying more and more.

I think you cind of answered your one question, yes you are taking to much.

does it recommend how much you should be using on the tube?

One bottle of cream/lotion lasts me the same amount of time one bottle of WU pills, if not a little longer. Even with massaging twice a day.

I use the Wonderup Cream for 3 minutes twice a day and I find that a bottle lasts for 6 weeks. I know it absorbs easily, but I didn't realise it absorbs so well that you could use it up as quickly as that.
