Just wondering if there is anyone out there who has a similar story to mine. I have three children, who were all breastfed for about 12 months - my eldest is about to turn 18 in a few months and my youngest is about to turn two in a few weeks. I am about to turn 41. I have just started on WU last week and would be really interested to know if anyone with a similar story has had success and if so what they did? Any advice greatly appreciated. I was a small B cup before having children and usually grow to a C cup when breastfeeding, but shrink back to an A after weaning. I'm about 5ft 3 and weigh about 53kg. Great to hear from some other Aussie women on this forum - I'm in Tassie.

Im very pleased to greet a fellow aussie and from Tassie !!!!! what a beautiful place !!!!! Im from Melbourne, well I breast fed 2 gorgeous girls about 16 years ago and a know what a beating our breasts take but its sure worth it !!!!! so in your case your so lucky to know about nbe so soon after breast feeding !!!!!! Im really sure that your will at least regain firmness again and more fullness would be something lovely and extra ~~~~ ok your boobs must want to go on holiday if they feel anything like mine did after feeding !!!! So give your self lots of time for this to work ok?the massage with cocoa butter is great and we can get palmers here in oz, have you worked out a program yet cause i havent looked at the program page yet ???? lets know what your doing love jelly and good luck........

Hi Jelly,

Thank you for the warm welcome. Have noticed how supportive you are to everyone on this forum, we are lucky to have you. Haven't posted a programme as yet, I have just started on Wonderup last week as I am very new to NBE and thought it might be a good way to start. I am also trying to massage twice a day and have ordered a wheat bag to put in microwave to apply heat also. I am also thinking I might start taking a multivitamin with fish oil as well. I know it's a very basic programme, but it's a start and believe me, after breast feeding three children anything will be better than nothing. I am about to get the Palmers Cocoa butter bust firming cream in the next day or so as well. If you can suggest anything else that can help I would really appreciate it.Congratulations on your growth, you are the envy of many of us.
