wonderup has worked for a lot of women on this forum. some have fast results, while others have gradual results. in about a week i will be finished my first bottle!

check out the program pages (u can access them from the main page), and that will give you an idea what everyone is doing for their NBE.

remember that you are beautiful the way that you are and that we understand how it feels to want some parts of ourselves to be a little different! we're all on this journey together!

but if i knew your husband, i would whack him upside the head! what is he doing saying something like that??

now, some of us (like me) have been in that same boat, more or less. my husband cheated on me with a girl with knockers the size of montana. he never SAID my boobs were too small, but you can bet i figured out what the attraction was!

so we worked it out (she don't come around here no more) and after some friend-assisted therapy we have moved on... but right afterwards i went on an nbe quest and got NOWHERE. part of it was bad product selection, but also i think it was because i did it wrong: i did it for HIM.

now i have changed my mentality... i am doing it for ME. i want to do it because i want to feel more sexy and more awesome than i already know i am! if he likes it, fine. if he likes me the way i am, TOO BAD cause i want bigger boobs for ME! and you know what? in the past two and a half months i think i have had some progress... they are firmer, tingly, and i daresay they are growing!

the mind is very powerful... you have to make sure you are doing it for YOU and not for anyone else!!!

hugs and good boobie wishes to you!!

Let me ask you are you taking the pills because your husband said he doesn't find you sexually attractive or becuase YOU want to do it? My husband says he likes mine just the way they are and even if he is lying he'd better keep on doing it if he wants to stay a married man!. That is appalling that your husband would say that to you. I would suggest either counseling or kick him to the curb because if all he attracted to is the outer beauty then he won't be there for the long haul when gravity eventually kicks in and big boobs or not they will sag along with your butt, face, and everything else. Good luck with everything and don't let your husband or anyone else give you low self esteem because of narrow minded shallowness!

I'm serious when I say this. You married the wrong man.

You deserve to be married to someone who finds you attractive. I can't even imagine how horrible this must be for your self esteem, but believe me, there is more to a woman's sexuality and attractiveness than big tits! We're all basically just doing this because the societies we live in marvel at breasts, and exaggerate their importance---- and we are lucky enough to have the means to try and change our bodies.

I think, first and foremost, you need to think what is most important to change first----having a husband and lover who finds you sexually attractive, or having larger breasts. And no, having larger breasts will not solve the former problem. Your husband really doesn't deserve jack ****...

I'm sorry but I was literally shocked when I read that. I just don't understand how people get into these terrible relationships. But it's not your fault sweetie, I hope you don't think I'm bashing you, I"m bashing him! God is there any way you can get rid of him? Or are you hopelessly in love with him?

Got said when i read this post. Guys can be so shallow. They can have a big stomach, burp and behave badly and get away with it. But we have to go around like perfect barbie dolls. It is not fear. If a man really loves you he would love you for the way you are, big or small. And if you do anything loose or gain weight, try to get bigger boobs. Do it for you and only you!! I luckely have a man that does not mind that my breast shrunk pretty much after i had our child. Lost almost two cup sizes, it is nice that he does not mind so the quest is only for me, to feel like my self again and hopfully be the way i was. The clue is to love our self the way we are and if anyone else have another opinion then to bad for them.

Wonderup has worked for many women in this forum and been very successful so many times, but I would not encourage you to expect results in one month, which is what you said you had got. I am happy with how Wonderup has worked for me, but I did not see any change in the first month.

Hey C-Nobody is Dissing your man for the sake of it, but i can appreciate how you feel-He's yor man to Dis not anyone elses.

Regarding the WU Nobody can guarantee it will work for you im afraid, and the problem with NBE is it is along time consuming process, somtimes you have to change your program till you get it right.
I tried 1 program 4 4 months to get nothing
My latest atempt is at 4 months with some growth which is great-but im afraid to say no big boobs appeared over night.
So the problem you feel you have won't dissapear it may reduce over a period of months

What i was wondering is what will you do if you don't grow and how long do you think you will give it
Because if you don't mind me saying-Please do not be affended-Its like the NBE is your last hope to save your marige and your relying on your body reacting and the herbs working.-Which is alot to expect perticullaly if you are having a stressful time.&im sorry to say but i don't think you are the one with the problem (ok sorry)

I really hope this works for you

I think it has been generally agreed upon, that adding extra protein in ones diet is very beneficial. As well as doing some massages, if you have the time. You wouldn't need to buy anything to expensive. I think most of the girls right now are using cocoa butter in various forms, the one that I see keep popping up is the Palmers Breast Firming one, and then also Vit. E, whether included in the lotion/cream, or added seperatly afterwards, along with some heat to get things circulating.

There are also some threads on foods to avoid, but mostly its caffeine, either very limited, or none at all depending on your preference. I think some of this is listed on the website where you ordered wonderup, the rest is listed here, so enjoy the reading, its well worth it.

I don't think anyone was intentionally putting your husband down (well maybe some *wink*), we just want to make sure that you are really doing this for you, and not because of some....unnecessary comments. Remember this, he married you the way you looked, you DIDN'T do anything drastic to your body that would all the sudden turn him off, and DON'T do anything drastic to try to get his attention back ~ its not worth it, because you will always feel like you don't measure up, its a viscous cycle ~ I think we have all been there in some way, shape or form, whether its said outright, or just felt.

Mental health is just as important in this whole process as physical.

EMMIE ~ I feel your pain, glad to know that you are getting through it, its hard when its not said that they are too small........and then contradicting actions.......but I wasn't a dumb one either. I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and now have the same mentality, its for me, and not him, and I don't worry about a wondering eye anymore, because D*** IT, I am gorgeous too :-) Sorry, but I do feel better.

i think it is a really good product but requires patience, you have to be mentally strong to accept what is and isnt working. I think you need some helpful tips to start off with wonderup including some advice about your love life because Natural breast enlargement can become quite of an obsession and if you are already worried about both your body image and your partners interest then it can be very mentally trying.

1 don't worry sooooo many beautiful women have been in your position
2 do this for yourself, not him
3 it may not nessesarily be your body, he married you in the 1st place so he must have been attracted to you. sexual attraction also works in a mans head if he is really really in love you become a godess if you are going through a bad relationship patch he'll see you in a negative light
4 confidence in your self makes you more attractive (it's true just as negative self opinions make you less attractive to others)- it's all in the body language
5 he mite have said that to upset you?
6 drink pleanty of water
7 take the pills wide apart. eg morning, late after noon and evening
8 get good nutrition
9 dont worry too much and try to be patient, lots of people on here are always happy to help but try to relax and pre ocupy your life with a hobby too

thats right, henri!

we are ALL beautiful ladies... we just want to do a little touching up, thats all...

i cant add anything constructive to the wonderup comments because i failed my herbal attempts so far... but protein DOES help, staying positive DOES help, and massaging DOES help (and all of it feels good too!)

hugs and good boobie wishes!

A friend of mine has been a bit of an amateur herbalist for many years and told me that she thinks Wonderup gives you as good a chance as anything and maybe a better chance, but I agree with what Epiphany said that you shouldn't be thinking of this as a one month thing.

as it seems worth repeating, you definitly need more than one bottle. you should order another before you run out - on and off herbs will hinder process, as will missing a day or two. So make sure you always take them , for at least 4months , massage, drink protein shakes,
..............
also your body temp may affect the way your body converts the herbs, ideally in the morning your temp should be 98%. Many ladies experience lower body temp and add: l-tyrosine and kelp to their program. I do this and so does michelle choi (she has grown a LOT!) and i believe surf has as well. Either way these two herbs can only help your program. I take l-tyrosine 500mg, but i believe michelle takes 1000mg. i'm not sure how the dosage goes for this herb, but if you don't grow remember that your body temp could be the culprit.

Good luck!!! let us all know how it goes! and if you're really committed, remember that if this doesnt work there are other options - there's bo (bountifulbreast.com) and brava. But wonderup has worked for many ladies so you've made a good choice, just give it time! nothing great has ever evolved over night

Anyone knows how exactly do l-tyrozine and kelp help with body temperature???

I was mentionned before on this forum regarding the benefits of kelp. As for l-tyrosine you can find more info on the bountifulbreast website in their q & a; they both act to promote the thryoid , which is necessary for nbe. It is also mentioned in the flat2fab book.

now, good body temp is necessary for nbe for the thryoid to convert something (i cant remember the technical term) and i'm not sure if kelp and l-tyrosine help by increasing body temp or by simply mimicking the reaction of a higher body temp to the thyroid.
