I was worried about getting my hands on some herbs but vortex was really good. the only problem I have is getting some individual herbs. I'd like to add a heating pad, and some fennel and/or fenugreek to my massage routine.

i have to say the increase in protein is starting to show so i'm excited!

how long have you been on your routine? It seems like you've had some success!

Im determined to be in it for the long haul...it seems the girls who really put in the effect for long amounts of time get better results...which makes sense...no part of your body builds/repairs quickly.

I was wondering about our customs and I would guess Bovine ovary or BB would be confiscated but Its great to hear that herbs can come through ok !!!! I wish you wonderful success with that product (i havent tried wonderup but I respect it greatly ) Ive done single herbs myself and its very hard work and a lot of guessing !!! so patience and avoiding the urge to take more than you should cause you think it will make you grow quicker is so hard !!!!!!! my results and what i did are on the programme page if you'd like to look.
