Yep, I was actually pretty flat when I started, even less than on picture one, and yay, I do have a cleavage line now and it seems to be getting more pronounced every month.
I tried my 32 A cup measuring bra on this morning and even though my boobs were tiny because the room was freezing they actually nearly filled it. For the first time ever both boobs touched the sides of the bra and there is hardly any gap left at the front, so I guess I can say, I am a small A cup now!!!
Now I just need to get to that 34 A size since the 32 band just feels too tight and uncomfortable and then I will see if I have the energy to wait for more.

Hi Lisa, you are an inspiration to all of us! Looking at your pictures, I think you are quite thin. Perhaps it might help if you put on some weight too. For me, my problem is that I am pear shaped. Any weight I put on will be distributed on my hips so I can't really afford to put on weight. Sigh, I will be happy to fill out a B cup, then maybe my pear shape won't look so obvious.

I'm so happy for you, you look great!! You are an inspiration to all women, especially doing NBE for a year and getting the results after much perserverance on your part, that gives hope to all of us that sticking to it really does pay off!! congrats again, good for you! :)

Thanks girls, you are all so nice and supportive, it would have been so much harder to do all this on my own.
Only thanks to this forum and prettysoulful I came to learn about all this stuff and I am happy to give some of the support back that I got back then when I really needed it and that I still get now. I hope that my pictures show that even if you are really flat chested to start off with it may take really long but that you can still see results so people don't give up and lose hope so easy. The wait is really is worth it in the end!

Sunrise, you are right I am really quite slim at the moment, I lost a lot of weight during summer, unintentionally, just with not eating a lot because it was so hot and a lot of exercising.
I actually have a really shocking picture of me with my ribs sticking out and my boobs being nearly flat from one of the months, it was crazy because I never really noticed in my skirts and that, it was only when I put my trousers back on when it got cooler I really seen it. I have been gaining weight again since, and am still trying to put it on. Just now it seems to go mostly to my stomach and thighs too but with exercise that hopefully will stay at bay and hopefully some will go to my boobs too. I am looking to put on another 4 to six pounds, then I am within the normal BMI range and back to the weight I was before.
