Ok so I turned 16 in August, and basically I have always been small, very small on top. All my friends shot past me in the development stage and here I am stuck at a 32 AA or smaller, I have had my period for 3 years and I've developed normally elsewhere. Basically all I want it is be an actual A cup, and fit in some normal bras. I am on birth control, I hoped that would help make them grow, but it really hasn't, while they are slightly larger, it could be due to the fact that I gained around 8-10 pounds since I starte birth control. I had no problems finally getting a boyfriend who I love very much (I had to try and ignore serious self confidence issues, which are still pretty much there), but no matter how much he tells me I am fine the way I am. I still am not happy, I want bigger boobs for me, I am seriously considering implants, when I am older around 18-20 years of age. Because I just really would like larger breasts. Obviously I'd love to have a B or C cup, but I don't think I'll ever get to that size. I am 5'6" and weigh around 125 pounds. Compared to my body, my breast do look unproportioned. I've been to the doctor, and she suggested I visit an endocronologist (sp? some hormone doctor) to see if something was going on. I do plan on going to the doctor, I just haven't gotten an appointment yet. In the mean time I am very interested in learning natural ways to enhaunce my breasts.
Just turned 16? Sweetie, you're so young! You're still in the developmental stage, give your body a break! I know right now it may feel like you've stopped growing, but trust me, you are and will be until at least your early 20's. A good example is my friend, Amanda. All through high school she was a low B-cup, but now at age 19 she's *blossomed* into a large C-cup! How do you explain that if, by your standards, age 16 is when puberty stops? I'm not trying to give you a hard time, I'm just saying that you need to be patient. I know it sucks to wait for Mother Nature to work her magic, but that's really all we can do at your age. It's not that safe to take herbs like all of us are since they're not FDA approved and are therefore risky for those under 18. HOWEVER, herbs aren't the only method of NBE that you can do. A safe alternative to herbs would be to do boobie massages. If you go to the main page you can check out some massage methods. The popular lotion to use for these massages has been Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E, but others have incorporated some herbs such as Fenugreek and Borage Oil. Again, though, herbs may be unsafe for you to use at your age, so I would try out the Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E. I just bought a nice one from CVS pharmacy -- it's from Alba Organics and it smells WONDERFUL! :) I think it's a reasonable price too... like $8 or $9.
I'm not saying puberty ends at 16, I know fully well it doesn't. I'd just like to try some natural ways to enhaunce them. I'm not gonna go crazy or anything. I was just wondering if there was some herbs etc, I could take.
i dont know apart from pregnancy i dont think i have grown since i was 14 and i started my period when i was 13. my best girlfriend had her c's since she was 13, she got her period at 11. there is still a possibility in growth but for me it never really went beyond that. dont really know what to recommend, though, if anything. good luck!
It's possible to grow later in adolescence, but it's not the most frequent thing. I was an AA when I was 16 and I was pretty sure that I won't get any bigger and I didn't. I started NBE at 20 and I wish I hade done it a bit erlier because my chances might have been better. But anyway women doing NBE are usually over 20 and up to 50 and it's proven to work, so thankfully things can be done.
Anyway, first thing you need to know is that NBE works but without guarantees, because it's not easy. There is no miracles, you need to learn a lot of information and only when you have, you can know how to grow boobs. Basically this is a hit and miss method, you try a routine and hopefully it works, if it doesn't you have to figure out what in your body is wrong and preventing you from growing. Best thing to do is keep reading through this forum because it has loads of very useful and necessary info. Stay away from comercial products, because they are mostly all scams, except Wonderup has proven to be effective for a high percent of all users. Trully WU's formula is very acomplished, the ammounts are high enough and many girls on this forum are using it sucessfully. The other most popular method, which also comes cheaper' is a routine of separate herbs. For that you best learn a lot about herbs, reading the personal programs page would be a good start, so that you decide which herbs to include in your routine. Massages are also very important. And last but not least - patience and realistic expectations. It takes at least 3 months to start seeing results, most often up to 6 and sometimes even longer. A routine should be given 6 months before deciding it doesn't work. Good luck!

Hi, Natalia! I'm sure all of us here can understand how you feel. The problem with trying NBE at your age, though, is that the herbs normally used for NBE affect your hormone levels. That can be dangerous for someone in their teens, whose hormones are not yet balanced. Some herbs can even cause side affects which may be dangerous for people with certain conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.). I know it's hard to wait, but your health is more important than your boobs. Wait a few years, at least until you're 18 (better yet, in your early 20s) until your body kind of "settles" into adulthood and your hormone levels are more balanced. In the meantime do LOTS of research!! This forum is a wealth of information, as well as other message boards and websites. Good luck!
I would suggest massaging them. This will help enhance them ~ if you give some time to work. And also shouldn't mess too much with your hormones right now. I'd seriously wait until you are a little bit older before taking anything internal, but if you are going to start taking something, then let everyone know what you want to take so we can make sure it isn't too much.
I agree with others that you may be too young, and of course you should check with a doctor first (but only one who understands natural remedies and herbs, most will say NBE is rubbish). I wanted to let you know that I read on the Bountiful Breast site that it was originally intened for young women who were not developing. They said that it was an afterthought for older women to take for development. Not sure if it is true or not, but maybe you could check it out and then ask your doctor. Good luck to you.
Natalia,
I feel for you. I was the same size as you at your age. My boyfriend (which is my husband now) never cared about my size but it really affected me. I didnt' grow past that size until after I had my kids, then I went up to a 34aa. I wish had known about this much earlier in life. Because of your age it is not a good idea to take herbs, it could really mess you up and that wouldn't be worth it. But I will tell you that when I was growing up a girl I knew massaged her breasts evry night. Her mom had all of her girls do it. We all thought there was something wrong with them but they all grew to be D cups. Now I dont' know if they would have gotten big without the massages but I really think it helped them. My daughter is 14 and she wanted to be a bit bigger but i wouldn't let her use herbs so she massaged with cocoa butter every night for a little bit and she grew some. It wasn't remarkable because she only wanted a little bit growth and I dont' know if maybe she was in a growing stage but whatever it was she got what she wanted from just massage. I would do that and try thinking about your breasts being bigger, the mind is a very powerful thing. I seem to grow better when I do that. If you can then use a little bit of heat on a low setting, too much heat is not good for them. Let us know how you are doing with what ever you do. Take care.
I've looked into Wonderup, I am interested in taking it. Does any one have any information

Personally I don't think 16 is too young. They say that breasts grow until 20 or so, but it certainly slows down a lot earlier. I remeber too well what it's like to be a teenager with no boobs. NBE gives hope and that's a good thing. Anyway, Vortex health & beauty sells WU. Read the info on thir site, they have lots of it on herbs. Check with other girls using WU on the personal programs page.
Myself I got an idea for my routine from the WU composition, it contains ginko biloba which helps with poor circulation, which can be a factor that prevents one from growing and I believe it has for me and since I'm taking it things seem to be happening.
