I just got diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. From what I could gather, the adrenal glands are in charge of hormones...
does anyone know what herbs would be good for BE?
I am confused on how exactly the hormones get messed up, like what I have too little of, too much of etc...so if anyone knows anything, please do tell.
