Hey girls & guys,

After failing on bs, i simply took fenugreek for a few weeks untill i decided what to do next, in that time i had pains in my under arms and a tingling in my nipples. I then made my mind up that i would go on to use wonderup i have been on this for a week come tommorrow, and in this small time i have had no pains at all :(

I'm probably being to impatient i know, but would it be ok to take fenugreek along with the WU and if so how much, the fenugreek i have is 610mg.

I think you can take Fenugreek especially if you already have it, but I wouldn't take too much. Wonderup is a strong product anyway, so you don't want to add too much to it. Maybe 2 capsules a day of the Fenugreek.

Remember that the ammount of pains you have depends on the phase of your cycle. You get the least pains during your period and the most in the days before it and in the middle of your cycle before and during ovulation. I think if FG worked for you, WU should too, it's a really good product and proved to be effective for many girls on this forum.
