so i don't have a tape measure (i am getting one next week...), and i have a rule about using one anyway because soooo much doesn't show up on a tape measure, but i do believe i am growing!!
i havent had THAT many pains or anything, possibly because bovine tends to work when you sleep, but today i went to the gym and i looked in the mirror and ohmygoodness i think i saw a shadow of cleavage!!
you are right about the tape measure. it does not tell all. because i can see more roundness on the sides towards my armpits and fullness trying to help my deflated nipples. looks so much better than 2 weeks ago. my husband hasnt commented but thats because i hide them alot under big shirts. but i can tell and in the end i am doing this so i feel better about myself not the other way around.
Congratulations on your growth! I'm also on BO via BB brand. It really does feel good when you can see a difference in fullness and size. Keep thinking positive and keep that FEEL GOOD feeling. You'll get to your goal. :)

Woohoo! Congrats emmie on seeing some 'cleavage' :) and yes I agree about the tape measure thing. I first noticed that the pills were working for me when I had the extra fullness also. So I'm happy you and hope you see more results soon!!

the problem is now im checking myself out in mirrors or any other surface ALL DAY to see if there is any other differences... i didnt think i could become more obsessed, but it seems like i have!!

oohh yay im so happy for you :D keep going. i no how you feel, am i growing or not?!?! hehe, i think ur right, i wake up in the night + feel pains. well being honest with myself there is a 100 percent change from when i started, one boob is realllyyy going for it now, i mean really + im hoping the other cathes up but the smaller one has changed now i'm sure of it :o) i'm trying not to get too excited but it feels great! hehe. keep us updated? good luck xxxxxxxx
Yay for good news! I'm getting all excited myself because I finally have some actual pains with my new routine, which I never did before with my previous, and I could swear I had the... how's it called when your boobs size is noticably bigger just before the period and then goes down etc? Anyway I hear that is a good sign just like tingles and pains and I haven't had it anytime before, so I'm really getting all hopefull.

Moon - I'm so glad to hear that you are having pains and tingles this time. That is very encouraging. I was very excited to have pains and tingles this time too but I didn't notice anything yet this month. They did change my bcp so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it...my pains have not been as consistant!! I really hope you start to notice some growth. I always felt like you and I are in the same boat. Things you mention seem to be the same things that happen to me. Good luck.
Thanks for support Holly! The WU research did say that thought BCP in many cases even NBE, in some cases it can hinder it. Depends on the BCP and your hormones. I also went off BCP because it was one of the factors I suspected kept me from growing. But I think poor circulation was a more prevailing one. I think ginko biloba has made the difference for me, although it's just a little bit too early to say 100 % sure. I am however in my second cycle and the pains returned after my period, which is the part of the cycle when there is normally the least of them. I don't remeber whether you said you were cold too (have poor circulation) or not... I looked at the ammount of ginko biloba in the WU and it's pretty low compared to the dose I take which is the recomended, but then I'm not sure if the WU dose isn't an extract.
Oh, you switched to single herbs? Try to be patient and stick to a routine. Maybe the dose of ginko in WU you were taking was too low and it would be a good shot to take some to see if it's your circulation that's preventing you from growing. Lots of boobie luck to you too!
it is an extract in WU, i think someone said that you have to multiple the extract amount by 4 and then you get the amount of herb that it equals. i hope that this will work for you, i know that you've been on this for a while and wish you all the breast, i think i had a poor circulation as well but WU seems to be working for me

Moon, I actually was not taking WU. I took Greenbush enhancement blend caps for 5 months and then switched to single herbsabout 2 1/2 months ago. It's hard to stick with a routine when you feel like it isn't working. It would be so much easier if I had constent pains all the time or they were really soar etc... I really don't even get any swelling each month. I guess I'm just impatient because I've been doing this for a year now with no success because I got sucked into BGP for 6 months.
Moon - I have been thinking about what you said about circulation and body temp. My nose does get cold all the time and my arms go to sleep and get all numb every night. Maybe I should try the ginko biloba??
You know what, I think it would be a good shot if you to try ginko biloba. Body temperature isn't the only indicator of poor circulation, it's quite possible that you have it too. Poor circulation is known to hinder growth of every tissue, so it's really logical. And it would only take a weak or two for you to see if this was the problem in your case too, if you get growing pains in that time. I think Bonnette is in the same boat as we are and she has added GB too recently. Personally I'm quite inclined to believe that it may be the factor that prevents many of us who hadn't had sucess yet from growing. I hope I'm not believeing it only because I want to, lol. :D
To answer your question, I've grown 2 3/4" so far on BB. I went from a 34AA to 36A now. My goal is to be 36C. I've been on BB for 9 months now. Remember to massage the breasts a lot while on NBE ladies, and eat healthy. It will help.
