Hi, i just wanna ask, do you guys got facial hair while on NBE? My eyelash, eyebrow, hair and nail grow rapidly unfortunately so does my face hair. I wanna grow some boobs but dun wanna have beard and mustache, please help if you guys have any solution. btw, im taking fenugreek,fennel,wildyam,epo,flaxseed,and SP.

If anything, the extra estrogen should reduce facial hair - that's certainly the way it works for guys. Correct me if I'm wrong, girls!

Sounds like you have high testosterone levels, so the SP should help. You could also add some Nettle root to that mix, or replace it with the SP.
How much SP are you taking just now, and is it berries or extract? You may be able to take a bit more to help you out with the extra hair.

I read that if you add a few drops of fennel extract to your face cream (2 drops of fennel & 98 drops of cream), it will get rid of facial hair. I haven't tried it but read it on Botanical beauty in one of the forums there.

Do any of these herbs help downy facial hair, my face is covered in small white hairs, any help?
